Richard is a fantastic designer , very honest and gave me as much of his time as I needed to get my dream Kitchen. So much so he should be given an award for his patience.
I have had various companies out in the past and not one of them were able to resolve the issues I had with my kitchen. Richard took seconds to give me alternatives to the current layout which solved the problems.
The quality and price cant be faulted.
Don't hesitate to use D M design they are fantastic!

Great big thank you to Richard Stewart for giving my husband and I his valuable time and patience when picking our kitchen, his knowledge was 2nd to none, he also introduced us to Donny the owner of DMD, who kindly explained how the factory worked and just how eco friendly DMD are👍This is very important to us😁

I just wanted to say that we bought a fitted bedroom from DM design 10 years ago now and it is still looking great. I had a query about the colour of the wood so that I could buy an additional piece of furniture. They got back to me very quickly. We got them to do our bedroom as in a previous house, they had fitted a kitchen for us. I was definitely impressed with the quality of the work. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a new bedroom or kitchen.

Very happy with our kitchen which was fitted just before last year's lockdown. Yes, we had some movement as it settled and needed to wait until COVID guideleines gave us a window for these to be rectified. Customer service and after sales has been 5star. I would definatley recommend and would use them again.

Kitchen fitted in January 2020, not fully complete until April. The fitters were very 'hashy bashy' and obviously didn't take much care as the walls etc were in a right mess by the time the were finished. A few parts of the kitchen had to be replaced as they were scratched when fitted, hence not fully complete until April. I didnt move in to the house until end June 2020 so the kitchen has been used for only 7 months now. The paint seems to come off these products very easily, frequently notice chips without anything having actually been dropped or accidentally damaged. Paint on one of the cupboards is also cracked and looks like it will start peeling off soon (I've read this happens in lots of other reviews now so not much of a surprise). Note that door is not next to heat or water! The soft close hinges on our wall units no longer work despite us being sold some sales pitch about them being the best ones available and would not stop working like other cheaper ones. All in all we paid a hell of a lot of money for a kitchen that seems no better quality than our previous symphony kitchen which was a fraction of the price! Its not terrible but their sales tactics are horrible and there are probably better companies out there that have better quality kitchens.

We had custom built wardrobes to suite our usual shape bedroom. And from start to finish the service was excellent. Very well built and excellent guarantee. Can't fault them at all. Would recommend them to anyone.

I am very happy with the bathroom the two man did a brilliant job really lovely people to have in my house delighted to have them . Great workers and bathroom looks a million dollars thank you so much for sending out to lovely guy and hard working people .I am pleased with all the work done fantastic

Just had a visit from Chris O'Dwyer to complete some snagging work. Excellent work quality, and a fast worker. I wish he had been allocated to the job from the beginning. This man is an asset to the Company.

DM Design completed work on a new shower screen with efficiency and professionalism. The workmen were polite and the job was done to a very high standard. Would recommend.

Got in contact about a broken cupboard handle from a kitchen I had fitted 5+ years ago. Very helpful; sent out a replacement immediately - free of charge! Great service

This job was supposed to be started on Oct.12th. You told me one of the fitters had a family emergency and could it be put off till the 15th and I agreed...things happen I was later told this was nonsense, the previous job had run over and that was the real reason. We ‘phoned at 10am on the 15th as they hadn’t turned up and was told they had ‘phoned at 8.30 and got no answer. I dialled 1471 and no-one had ‘phoned my landline since they rang to delay the job. Job was commenced on the 16th and everything was going fine, apart my electrical sockets hang off the wall and despite numerous ‘phone calls to you nothing was done. So by the time I spoke to your manager, I was not happy. I was with my husband that day, and although he was annoyed at no time did he blow his top. He said he had spoken to the electrician and he said it would be sorted that day. That happened after another call four days later. Plasterer came and finished final job on 24th Nov, that is over six weeks. I picked a f/f from a catalogue I was shown and somewhat naively thought it would be a good quality one, and your salesman didn’t lead me to think otherwise.only time will tell. I resent your implication that we are somehow being picky or awkward. I have just finished having my windows and doors replaced by another local company, and the experience between them and you is night and day. They deal with German quality materials, and not once did they use COVID as an excuse for doing an excellent job.

I phoned DM Design a few weeks ago as after 5 years of having our kitchen one of the doors above the oven had bubbled. I was 2 months out of warranty however they immediately dealt with my query and ordered a replacement door advising it would be at a reduced cost of £75 as I was out of warranty.

I received a surprise call today to advise the replacement door was in and they would drop it off today at NO COST to myself. Chris arrived this afternoon as advised and kindly replaced the old door with the new one within 20 minutes.

Lovely gesture, really pleased, Chris was fantastic and did a great job replacing the door.

Even after 5 years DM Design treated myself like a new customer. Amazing after sales service - would highly recommend.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE
DM Design installed our bathrooms over 8 years ago. Recently one of the cupboard doors started to lose its colour ( white became discoloured).
DM Design came out, checked the door and replaced it free of charge. Not many Companies would have undertaken to do this and DM get full marks for an after sales service which is second to none

We are happy with our bathroom and the professionalism and helpfulness of the fitters.

There were some delays and we found it difficult to get through on the phone sometimes (especially with COVID), and would recommend emailing as once we had our bathroom was finished quickly.

Kitchen makeover- involved building work as well.
Delighted with the results, truly professional and committed tradesmen with extensive attention to detail. Nothing was too much bother, and they all got on well which makes for a harmonious job altogether.
There were some unforeseen but understandable delays in delivery of some products due to COVID but the end result was totally worth the wait. From sales, to customer service, to trades and designers , could not fault the experience. Worth the upheaval and have spent every available free minute using and getting to know all the new gadgets. Excellent work.

Sliding wardrobe installed for son’s bedroom and they are fabulous. Great design and fantastic fitting. Quick efficient service and fitters were brilliant can’t praise them enough.
I had a very slight problem with one door but immediately sorted after reporting and they are perfect.
My son’s room is transformed and though he would never tell me - son is 13 - he has brought all his friends in to see them, with one friend telling me son has been bragging about new wardrobes in school.
In a few years will be looking for a new kitchen and can’t wait- expect my call.
