When my flooring arrived, we noticed that one pack had been damaged. I contacted the company by email, and within just two days they had sent out a replacement pack, which was delivered promptly.

Both delivery drivers were polite and courteous to my partner, and they kindly placed the flooring in the garage for her, which was a huge help as she was looking after our young child and couldn’t move it herself.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, the issue was resolved quickly, and the delivery team went above and beyond. I would definitely order from this company again and highly recommend them.

My flooring arrived on time everything went smoothly but one package was damaged. Emailed yourself with picture and a new package was delivered the next day . Excellent. Very pleased with my new flooring.
