It's a good product at a good price, but the description states it's waterproof for 48 hours, which I confirmed with customer service. The laminate box I received states it's only waterproof for 24 hours. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service, both my husband & I had ordered samples of flooring without the others knowledge,but Judith rang me to ask if the samples that we had both ordered had arrived ,were they any good ,or if we needed any more help

Received my samples really quickly. They are lovely bits of flooring. Unfortunately the one I liked most, especially colour wise wasn't for a bathroom so won't be buying this time but will definitely consider using them again.

Aweful delivery service, rude and abnoctious drivers. Brought flooring on a palet, refuses to take palet back. Customers problem to get rid of the palet. Wont help to bring flooring inside the house. After all of that to find out that a wrong flooring colour sent all together. Now its my problem to drag all the flooring out of the flat and drag new flooring back in. Noone cares that it might be a bit much to carry for a woman a 100kg flooring. Thats your problem. Waisted 3 days of my life dealing with this nonsense, which shouldve been an easy experience. Avoid at all cost!

Absolute NO GO – Avoid this company.

In my experience, this company has been dishonest and extremely unhelpful.

I purchased their click-lock wooden flooring, and their website recommended buying the matching underlay and beading. When the order arrived, the flooring was nothing like proper click-lock flooring and was a nightmare to install.

To make matters worse, they sent the wrong colour beading. When I contacted customer service, they agreed to accept the return, but then charged me a return fee. I explained that the beading had been recommended by their own website to match the flooring, but they claimed it was my fault, not theirs.

As a result, I had to order the correct colour beading on BnQ at my own expense and pay my fitters a second time to come back and install it, leaving me significantly out of pocket because of their mistake.

They arranged the return of the incorrect beading and still charged my card for the return costs.

I have reported the company to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I would not recommend buying from them.

Shocking customer service. Floor arrived damaged, emailed and received a reply to begin with until i asked for the floor to be replaced. Then nothing. Emailed too many times to count and no reply. Will now be claiming a redund through credit card as thankfully insured. Avoid.

The gentleman new what he was on about and sorted everything out very efficiently.

Ordered a couple samples of floors and these come with fast delivery and a follow up email to ensure I was satisfied and I was. I am looking at ordering flooring soon :)

The experience on the whole was good. We did unfortunately struggle a little when the sales advisor went on leave, I would have preferred their voicemail to point me to another sales advisor for continuity.

The sales guys knew their products well. The delivery was smooth. The item hasn’t yet been installed but it looks as described.

Ease of ordering FREE samples, quick delivery, sample sizes are good sizes. Fast delivery of items when you do order! Lovely delivery team, very helpful and polite. Never had any issues, have used them a few times and have now got family and friends using them too. Unable to find better prices for the things weve needed from anywhere else, will also be back again soon for some tiles! Brilliant 👏 the quality of flooring/tiles and everything else is flawless, never any problems.

Great service again. Second house I’ve used discount flooring on. Samples arrived really quick and allowed us to order the right flooring that arrived quickly. It was easy to install as well!!!

When my flooring arrived, we noticed that one pack had been damaged. I contacted the company by email, and within just two days they had sent out a replacement pack, which was delivered promptly.

Both delivery drivers were polite and courteous to my partner, and they kindly placed the flooring in the garage for her, which was a huge help as she was looking after our young child and couldn’t move it herself.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, the issue was resolved quickly, and the delivery team went above and beyond. I would definitely order from this company again and highly recommend them.
