Great service, got my order to me safely

Wasted a day off waiting in to take delivery only to call them late afternoon and find out it had “gone missing”. Absolutely terrible service.

Great ordering system.. no issues overall. Delivery arrived on time as detailed.

The flooring arrived in great condition. The driver was very polite and friendly. The lady that took the order was really helpful she made sure our measurements were correct. The floor looks fabulous.

Flooring price was great product seems great (yet to fit it) delivery was somewhat unhelpful was told it was coming on the Friday rang the helpline took about a dozen attempts over several hours for them to answer then given a time slot then they did not show up flooring then came early Monday morning little frustrating!

I rate discount flooring five stars even though I haven't brought anything yet I ordered a sample but down to the slow coaches at Royal Mail it turned up later than expected they had contacted me about had I received it when I said no they done everything they could to sort it out the communication between myself and them was good not like some companies so well done to them and that's why even though I haven't purchased anything yet I rate them at five stars and the sample was very good as well

I placed an order just after i had received the sample, My flooring turned up on the date ordered by a very helpful and professional Driver, i was so happy and unpacked the floor and laid it 2 days later and must say I am over the moon with the quality and how easy it was to do. My daughter is now thinking of placing an order for the same flooring for her house, Just one more thing to say A Big Thank you.

Great quick and quality products

The flooring I bought looks good and is fit for purpose however, the Discount Flooring Depot's Customer Service Department is appallingly bad.
I received an order direct from N.I. which was destined for a different customer. My fitter who was waiting for it checked and told them it was not the correct product but the Courier insisted on delivering it anyway.
Customer Service can only be contacted via email so I informed them about the problem with images for evidence. They accepted their mistake and shipped the flooring I had actually ordered but were unable to tell me about arrival on the tracking. Neither did they contact me to let me know expected time of delivery.
I tried to contact by phone on the day of delivery as I do not reside at the delivery address - three times I was cut off within the delivery chatbot system and still no knowledge of when the kerbside pallet delivery would arrive.
I eventually called Sales in Manchester and the assistant said she would walk over to the Customer Service Department and find out as there was no record on the IT system. I received a voice mail later giving me a 2 hour time slot- which I was grateful for.
However when I attended 30 minutes before the time given, I discovered the pallet had already been delivered and set down.
How difficult is it to set up a system whereby the courier texts from the previous set down point to inform of an estimated time of arrival? Other firms are able to do this...
The following day, without any notice at all a Courier turned up to collect the wrong order. Obviously, it had had to be unloaded off the pallet and brought into the property to protect it from the weather. The driver insisted that it was loaded by my fitter back onto the pallet, and would not help at all. As I'm paying for my fitter's time, this was not appreciated.

Ordered samples and they came super quick. A great range of colours available, will definitely consider using them for our renovation project :)

Love this flooring

5 stars and more! What an amazing company. Great selection online and easy to navigate. Good instructions on how to mesure if unsure. Delivery was quick and easy and great communication. I had a few panels damaged and I recived a whole new pack delivered as replacement the next day. Cant fault this company, great work the quality is 10/10

I ordered flooring samples from Discount Flooring and they arrived quickly. I was kept informed of my order's progress. The quality of the products was very good.

I only ordered some samples of flooring so we could check the colour match and quality. The samples arrived within a few days and were of adequate size to allow for an informed decision. Also included in the sample pack were recommendations for the correct underlay which was very useful.

We will definitely be ordering off them once our kitchen has been completed.
