We purchased a new double oven on Saturday 30th May. Liz looked after us and was extremely helpful, friendly and fully engaged with us. She talked us through the details of the purchase, and gave us all the details on the 5 year insurance, based on previous issues with had in the past, noting not purchased in DID. The experience was a pleasure for us and the customer attention and support was excellent. We even spoke on other issues on electrical appliances we had and Liz was again very informative on how to go about dealing with them. Overall experience was suberb. Definitely be back again.

From the moment I contacted the shop up to the day I collected my purchase i was well looked after.

Yes, the service was good, however my order was held in the system for a day and I had to go to the store to ask if they had the product in stock for pickup. Apart from that, everything went well.

Called to your store in Malahide Road Artane this morning to purchase a dishwasher. The staff member, Shane, spent time with both myself and my husband to explain the various appliances to us. We found him very helpful and courteous and would have no problem with doing business with him again.
