The minute I walked in i was met my Shane who was so kind and helpful.
I bought a new cooker and am delighted with my whole experience of DID

When i walked in the door of the store on Turners Cross the shop was clean bright and exciting to the eye. After a quick look around the shop a young lad think his name was Odhran asked me if I needed any assistance. He was very helpful in every enquiry I had. I will most definitely be back to this local store.

Linda took the time to listen and understand my query before providing options and checking stock of the required item. She then put the item aside for me to collect a few hours later and provided a seamless customer experience when I arrived at store. The DID branch in Lucan is like popping into your old familiar homestore. Have purchased many white goods here over the years and could never fault the customer service. On this occasion we were purchasing an inexpensive item compared to the purchase of our dishwasher last year and treated no differently by the sales assistant (Dave). DID might change staff over the years as most companies do but sales techniques consistently friendly and good. Appreciated in our impersonal world today.

Excellent customer service
Purchased a new oven, hob and dishwasher today in DID Galway city. We visited many electrical stores in our search for our new appliances and found DID to be most cost-efficient and also Anthony, who was our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We’re very happy with our purchases.
