We had a great experience buying a dishwasher from DID Tallaght, courtesy of team member Caitlin. She was very helpful, gave us all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. 5 stars

DID have never let me down however today they have excelled in excellent customer service and delivery. Bought an oven in DID Clonmel on Saturday and for the first time I also availed of the installation service which was scheduled for today. I got a text message then a phone call to let me know when my goods would arrive. Alec and Johnny are an absolute credit to DID and to their profession. They were so helpful and cleaned every spec of dirt when the install was done. We had great banter and did an excellent job ensuring that the installation and fitting was nothing less than 100%. I can only highly recommend this service as being one of the best I've experienced.

Order a washing machine online and couldn't wait for earliest delivery date so was able to pick it up. Got email the following day about refund for delivery charge. Very easy to deal with

Aoengus was the member of staff that dealt with us in the most professional and cheerful manner.
He spend a lot of time explaining the pros and cons on each of the six items we purchased from the huge selection of products in the store.
He reassured us that delivery would be when we want and we left the store happy that we made the right choice going with DID.

Friendly, professional service every step of the way. Patrick both in the shop and the installer were great plus their female colleague in store I just can’t think of her name sorry. Recommended.

The in shop service was prompt and Joseph was friendly and helpful. Just to note that the number online on the DID website for checking stock in Limerick is incorrect and this was frustrating.

We purchased a LG TV recently in the Killarney Store. Thanks to Oisin for assisting us with our purchase of TV. The shop had a lot of choice and Oisin was able to narrow down what was best for us. We will be back.

Found David very helpful in the Tullamore store. Had to unexpectedly buy a new washing machine. I had my research done & David assisted with my final decision.

Timely, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. The door and side bar had to be reattached after the equipment was installed and Stuart fixed it all in place without any hesitation. He did a great job and am very pleased with the setup in the utility room post install.
