Staff member, George, was quick to offer assistance upon walking in and had my order to me in only a couple of minutes

Went in today for a TV cable and it was a good experience. Was only asked once if we needed help which was great for me that I knew staff weren't hovering or watching my every move as I strolled around the shop. It's a place to get little and big bits for the house, yourself or as a gift. Overall a relaxing experience.

Linda, gave us a great service as we weren't sure what kettle tp purchase bt she made the whole transaction so easy , would recommend did bandon to anyone

Sam helped us to pick out a cooker and an induction hob. He was efficient and we didn’t feel rushed into buying anything.

Ayomide was a great help. We were looking for a 32” tv and he went through all the options, brands and benefits of each tv. When they didn’t have the tv we were looking for offered an order time or a different model similar in style to what we looked for and we bought that tv, there and then. Great service and nice guy.

I went to DID in Bandon to purchase a new washing machine, from the minute I went in the door the assistant Linda was very very, very helpful and recommended the machine to me. She also was so helpful in organising the delivery the installation and to take away the old machine I would rate DID in Bandon 10 out of 10 and I would rate the customer service I received from Linda absolutely 100%. Purchased new fridge on Saturday last in Bandon store. Ann and staff were very helpful, sold me display model and packaged it there and then as I needed fridge the same day. DID even offered temporary fridge to assist which is a good idea for customers when fridges suddenly stop working. DID Electrical Bandon have plenty of fridge options and big electrical store, various makes and budgets to suit.
