I visited the store to get the ink for the printer. I went out with the ink and came back next day to purchase the recommended hoover. Sales person was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable.

My name is Carol Doyle

My name is Carol Doyle, I have always used DID for any electrical appliances I have bought over the years, as I find it good value for money, reasonably priced also.
Another reason I recommend DID is because I recently had to return a cooker I bought as there wasn't a suitable plug on it, initially the manager refused to take it back, but after I contacted head office through email it was sorted and I got a suitable replacement, so because of this I feel the after sale service is recommendable .

DID Finglas Clearwater - Excellent Staff and service

I went to DID Finglas - Clearwater yesterday with my Mam who was buying a new washing machine. I was looking at Smart Light Strips for my tv when Emma asked if I was ok/needed any help, I explained that I was looking to put lights behind my tv, she went through the products, asked what size my tv was and went out of her way to measure one to get the right strip length for me and explained how to install them. I was delighted with my purchase, which was so reasonably priced and can’t wait to see them up. Emma is an absolute credit to DID, she was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Every time I’ve been to DID I have to say the staff are excellent, always so welcoming and helpful.

Great Service

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and also very friendly. I found the offers to be very good value and I am very pleased with the overall service I received so I will be recommending DID Finglas to my family and friends.
