Diamond Brothers Anmeldelser

These guys are absolutely amazing, they source the watches so quickly, we’ve got 2 Rolexes from here and honestly their quality is next to none! Quick replies and really high professionalism and very prompt! They’re amazing at what they do and hope they continue doing well in their business! Strongly recommend!!! I hope to come here again for yet another watch haha

Service was 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I stumbled upon the Diamond Brothers whilst up in London looking for my next watch to save up for. I was admiring the beautiful timepieces in their window when I was beckoned in.
Ben and Charlie were very welcoming, despite me saying I wasn’t looking to buy that day. There was no pressure or hard sell, and they were keen I experience some of their lovely watches including insisting I try on a Richard Mille RM010 they have for sale.
We happily chatted watches for ages, until I had to make a move, when they very kindly gifted me a couple of their handsome Diamond Brothers baseball caps!
Great guys, great stock, and I’m sure I’ll be back to get a watch in the future.

Just purchased a watch from the Diamond Brothers, and I can't speak highly enough of their outstanding service. Would definitely recommend!

Top guys! Really nice service and very friendly

10/10 service, quick delivery and top class watches. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Sold a Yacht-Master to Diamond Brothers Jewellery and had a great experience from start to finish. Harrison provided excellent customer service, the transaction was smooth, and payment was received immediately. Had a great chat with the lads as well — really friendly, professional guys. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a Rolex Daytona watch from The Diamond Brothers and the whole experience was 10/10. Great customer service and amazing store in a great location. Highly reccomend! thanks so much guys!

Pleasure doing business with diamond brothers! All questions answered straight away and even after purchase! give measurements of wrist to have links taken out of watch to fit correctly which they did with no hassle at all with the extra links put in the box. My son bought the watch online which was in fab condition, polished and serviced before recieving it, communication was great! Would deffo recommend and will be using again! Thanks for a great smooth experience.

Had such an amazing experience working with the team at Diamond Brothers! Very accommodating and helpful. I would work with them again.

Bought a Rolex Datejust from Ben. Process was really simple and Ben was super helpful. Paid by bank transfer and had the watch in my hands in less than 24 hrs.

Bought a watch of Ben very helpful and very professional as soon as I asked for what I Wanted and sourced it in a couple of days and my cousin wanted a Daytona and he got that for him straight away definitely deal with this company again

I have had multiple dealings with Ben, he is my go too person for any work to be carried out within the trade. Very professional, efficient and fairly priced - looking forward to future business.

Excellent service and very quick delivery, Ben kept me updated every step of the way, will definitely use again the next time I buy a watch!

Very happy,
Aaron.

They sourced my watch for me and delivered in in amazing condition very pleased!

Great service! Super quick turnaround and the whole process was done online — I didn’t even need to visit the store. I also received quick replies from the jeweller every time I had a question. My watch arrived the very next day and was exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Recently bought a watch off the Diamond Brothers and only have great things to say, great service! Highly recommend

Bought my first Rolex from these guys, they’ve been professional, amazing and helpful from the start. So happy with my purchase from them, Ben in particular has been great, they go over and above. Can’t wait to come back in the near future for my next one!

This is a great watch company, I have done many transactions over the years with these guys from buying of them on most occasions, but also selling to them when I wanted to upgrade a watch, it is really convenient for me personally to have a one stop shop that I know is giving me the best quality and value without all the hassles that can come with watch hunting, I have found these guys are always the fairest on price both ways when baying from me and selling to me I always feel like i got a great deal this for me makes any deal feel much better when I know it’s very fair and safe, these guys are very knowledgeable and helpful and for me most importantly really reliable as I travel from Ireland to meet them they have never let me down.. they always have great watches in stock or get me the watch i want very fast.. can’t recommend highly enough and suggest anyone looking to buy a great quality high end watch at the right price don’t hesitate to contact these guys it’s always a great experience for me personally to visit the shop when I am in London many thanks and keep up the great work lads and hopefully I’ll get another new watch soon. Ireland 🇮🇪.
