Good range of furniture and carpets. Very helpful staff!
Good range of furniture and carpets. Well displayed. Salesman Nicky was friendly, able to advise on the product range.
He provided information and allowed us time to consider what we wanted to buy. This is quite unusual, he checked back on progress several times and provided drinks. We made the purchase.

Absolutely brilliant service from Alan at DFS! He was so helpful from start to finish when helping me choose my new sofa. He was friendly, patient and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my choice without making me feel pressured at all.
Alan also made the finance process so easy and straightforward and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
I’m so pleased with my sofa and really appreciate all of Alan’s help. He is a credit to DFS and deserves to be recognised for his excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend asking for Alan if you’re looking for a sofa! 😊

Nicky, the store assistant, was very professional, courteous and patient. He explained everything well, left us to discuss among ourselves and didn't pressure us into buying something we didn't want. We were grateful that we found what we were looking for quickly and successfully.

Our visit to Dfs was delightful we were greeted by an amazing lady named Jackie who was polite, knowledgeable and catered for our needs.
She allowed us to explore the wide verity of sofas and once decided the process was really easy being transparent and accurate with her explanations of the transaction.
Jackie is a credit to Dfs and would highly recommend DFS Stockport.
