Great service in the Stockport store. Finally found my perfect sofa, thank you!! Store staff were excellent - really went above and beyond
Just wish the delivery times were quicker...... (hence knocking off one star)

The sale person was very and cheerful and help us with everything we needed to know would definitely recommend

Very Friendly Staff, Let me take My Dog in. Offered Drinks etc. Went through all the Finance details and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend to anyone 😊 The Lady seeing to me was well dressed and chatty as well 👍

Alan went so helpful and patient. Wasn’t a hard sell which was very refreshing.

I was shopping for a large item on my own, the first time since losing my partner. Your salesman Colin, made it really easy and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He was helpfuland knowledgeable without being pushy.

The staff were really helpful , and friendly you could ask them anything really enjoy the experience

Nothing to say we bought a couch

Jacky I think her name was the one that helped us today and her customer service was second to none. She couldn't have explained the whole thing any better if she tried and made our shopping experience alot easier.

Anthony was brilliant from start to finish, and also so was Shaun (The manager). They made it very straightforward and reassuring when deciding which sofa was best for us. They are both a credit to the store.

The service talking through whats the best features there was no rushing and very polite

Anthony was great, amazing customer service from the beginning when we walked in to the end when paying. So friendly and helpful!

The sales person came over as authentic and was chatty

Awful, we waited months and ended without our purchase! they guarantee we will be contacted to arrange delivery X date, weeks after we still can not get no one to confirm what is happening with our order. I contacted customer service many times and the keep ''promising'' a solution and the day pass and nothing still, they say they will call you back and they DONT. Passing the fault between the store and the warehouse. Even the cancelation is being impossible to arrange! You can not cancel at the store and the ''cancellation team will contact you in 72hs'' THEY DONT. So you end up without your purchase and without your money!

Nicky was helpful and talked through all details of the purchase clearly, providing advice and clearly showing experience.

Lovely friendly staff, not at all pushy. My mum had quite specific requirements and the DFS team helped with everything. A pleasant store with a huge range to choose from.
