Michael was amazing 👏. So friendly helpful understanding patient, & not at all pushy. He was happy for my wheelchair dependant husband to try out the mechanism on the bed setee we wanted & showed us other suitable options within our price range.
We came away very satisfied with our purchase 😀.
Thank you Michael if we could give you 11 out of 10 we would even though I wasn't able to successfull with the display only furniture I had my eye on .😀🤣😀

Great service at DFS
The process of buying a new sofa from DFS was incredibly smooth and easy. We were lucky to deal with David. David was a friendly and well informed sales assistant and was a pleasure to do business with. Delivery of Rise N Recline chair…
DFS delivered my Rise N Recline chair on the day it was due in the timeframe they specified. Quickly put together by 2 men who also took away the rubbish all within 10 minutes

We were looking for two smaller sofas…
We were looking for two smaller sofas due to lack of space. Went to dfs patchway and saw one sofa that was an ex display and another one that was more expensive. Daniel the sales rep took the trouble to ring around other stores and managed to get us another ex display in the same range! Not only did he save us money but was knowledgeable, professional and attentive at all times. Fantastic service!!!

I had found 2 different sets of furniture that I wanted and I found the staff very helpful in showing me these. The woman serving me showed me all the different fabrics that they came in. It was a easy and pleasant experience

Helpful salespeople
Helpful salespeople, let us try lots of sofas before purchase. Sales process straightforward. Only issue is DFS does not offer a service to remove old furniture which I would have happily paid for hence not 5 star.
