So they have received 2 payments on my account cashed the bank checks, yet not applied anything to my account do I just not pay them off at this point?

Deserve's BlockFi credit card is not worth the headaches
Deserve is the credit card company behind BlockFi.com's crypto reward credit card. The excitement to earn bitcoin rewards faded quickly when it came time to use this credit card.
Issue #1) insulting spending limit despite 820+ credit score and 7 figure annual income.
Issue #2) Transactions were frequently rejected with no explanation. BlockFi was useless to help. This was a major frustration.
Issue #3) I requested credit increase twice. I used the credit card for nearly a year and was promised a credit increase, it never happened.
Issue #4) BlockFi support handed me off to Deserve to process my cancellation.
If you want a Bitcoin reward creditcard, Avoid BlockFi and avoid anything with Deserve behind it.

Very disappointed with Deserve
Very disappointed with Deserve. I used the BlockFi credit card enabled by Deserve. I purchased a service and subsequently a merchant refuses to honor. I've called Deserve to dispute the transaction; however, they are sticking to a 60/90 day policy. I reported the dispute 7 days after their self-directed deadline. Repeated requests for exception were denied on a totally customer service/addressable issue. Very disappointing.

Awesome first card to help build credit, especially for new immigrants or non-immigrants / “resident aliens” like myself… automatic limit increases with good payment history…and doesn’t hurt to get a little cash back too…

Payments processing
It will be a great choice to opt for this card, for those who just start building a credit history, especially International Students. All great except that it might need little update with the card payments processing. Like, if card payments gets processed and account reflect with updated balance instantly or at max in a business day.
