They believe themselves to be the Devine Lead service. The only positive thing i have to say about this company is the return service... as long as i'm an a$$hole to the clients and hang up on them immediately after finding they don't fit my filters that is... otherwise they don't approve the refund. Not to mention you get penalized each time you do.

4 leads in a row not qualified... Each return ensure's i'll be spending a little more on my bid if i want to win a lead.

$120 minimum is a complete ripoff for this. I had success back in 2018 but they thought they were worth the extra money and thought they could afford to slack on quality...

P.S. I have a recording of their rep letting a pregnant lady through my filters even after she said she was pregnant. Dirty company.. Don't give them your money.

Datalot has a developed a ponzi scheme on the bidding for live leads. We thought it was just a phase, but we set up a control group where the new clients were enticed with low live transfer costs. Jean was more than happy to assist them. Shortly after, they were winning bids within the same states as despite our team having a bid higher by $27!

Such fraudulent bidding is grounds for litigation. We have decided to leave them as a result. Others should consider the same after taking advantage of their bias towards growth, which is more than likely a desire to sell off the company to another larger business entity. Don't believe us? First 60 days were very good and helpful with Rachel, now that we've been passed on to a new account rep we realize it's a complete scam. Leads were averaging just under $47 per live transfer and now we are only getting occasional leads for nearly $80 and almost everyone has been an inbred. The transfer reps work on commission and are enticed to transfer any living organism that puts out a pulse.

We have not seen the purpose of our new account manager other than to tell us refunds are not within the ToS.

We have moved on as a result as should you and your agency if you're looking for a quality live transfer service.

Quality of Live Transfers has gone downhill and, yet, cost per lead has gone up.

I was warned about this happening with Datalot by other former users. For the first 60 days you have an on boarding account manager, which worked out well. Bogus live transfers (immediately hung up, mentally incompetent, etc.) were immediately refunded by them.

Now that we have been using them for 60+ days we get transferred to a new account manager and most replies are about how they cannot help with a refund or that they are beyond the scope of what is refundable because the lead "passed" the questioning with a customer support rep.

How ironic that Datalot doesn't seem to mind billing for ANY live transfer with a pulse, but the moment we ask for a refund on a bad lead it outside the terms of service.

If Datalot wants to keep their clients then it might be prudent to weigh what value they bring to their business revenues. An occasional refund for a completely bogus lead shouldn't be such a hassle. Rather, it should be considered essential for quality customer service.

Great company with great staff. The best live transfer company that I have dealt with, web platform is very intuitive, refund process is easy and very technology forward. Rachael Holdman was my account rep and she is great, helped me and my staff through every step and any concerns. Would defiantly recommend to all my agency friends!

Rachel Holdman was by far the best of the best managers that I could ever have had. I am sad to no longer have her! She was amazing!

Over the last year I have written business through datalot. Dave Nelson has been a tremendous help in navigating through the datalot platform. By have a dedicated account manager partnering with our brokerage has been invaluable. His communication has always been prompt and address any questions I have.

I have nothing but good things to say about my relationship with Datalot. My Account Manager, Rachel Holdman, is THE BEST !

She reviewed my results and calls and suggested some tweaks to the criteria and we had an almost immediate increase in close %.

I have always had a great experience with customer service whenever I have had any questions or clarifications. David Nelson has be great. I have used other vendors for this same kind of product and the quality is not as good. I really do get better close rates with Datalot. And they are very fair about refunds for bad leads. But they do have less than most. I would highly recommend them.

Kathleen is great to work with and provides any needed support in a timely manner. She works to ensure we maximize our total spend. I'm very happy with Kathleen and Datalot. Thank you!

By far the only live transfer provider we've had success. Their customer service department is quick to respond to concerns and in trying to maximize your dollars. Ready for a big 2019 after refining geo targeting area.

He answers all of my questions in a timely matter and checks in regularly to ensure our agency is optimizing our return on investment.

Awful leads with a majority not having addresses.

I've been using Datalot for life insurance transfers on and off for the past couple of years. For the most part I've always maintained a good ROI (5 to 1). My new account rep Dave Nelson has went above and beyond recently to ensure that I continue to have success with Datalot. Recently the company has made some changes with their filters although luckily Dave took the time to catch me up on things & to make sure that my call flow is meeting my standards. Nowadays, as you may know it can be real tough receiving excellent customer service.

Our account representative Clint Morris is the best. He is always there to help us with any questions we might have or service and one of the many reasons we like to work with this company.

Lead quality is terrible. Over half of the leads I have received have had no insurance, and most of the rest have not had 6 months continuous. They refuse to credit bad leads, and my account manager has not emailed me back in three weeks. DO not waste your money with DATALOT!!
