We emailed you on 12th August asking you to provide the missing address information but have not yet received a response.

We have replied to your emails on 29th July and again on 30th July to try and resolve this for you. In both emails we requested your order number and a photo of the issue so we could verify the fault and arrange the appropriate solution under our returns policy.

Unfortunately, we haven't yet received this information, so we're unable to identify your order or assess the reported fault.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, however we would like to clarify a few points.

The necklace you received is exactly as advertised on our website, and this product has been sold thousands of times with consistently positive feedback. We take great care to ensure our product images and descriptions are accurate.

In line with our returns policy, we did offer you a full refund upon return of the item. As with most online retailers, return postage is the responsibility of the customer when the item is not faulty. We also provided the original delivery to you at no extra charge.

As the item has not been returned, we have not been able to process a refund.

If you would still like to return the item, we remain happy to assist in line with our policy.

To clarify, we clearly state on all applicable products that a percentage of each sale is donated to Alzheimer’s Society. This amount can vary depending on costs, but is typically around 10%.

We are an online-only business based in the West Midlands and do not operate from a public-facing premises. As such, we do not publish our residential address for privacy and security reasons.

Regarding the company structure, Darby Pritchards operated as a limited company until 2023. Following changes in directors, the business was restructured and now operates as a partnership. The business itself has been trading since 2019 and remains fully VAT registered.

We would also note that we cannot find any record of a purchase associated with your review. If you have a genuine enquiry, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.
