Hi Stuart,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're really sorry to hear that you've experienced problems with the chains on your keyrings. This certainly isn't the quality we aim to provide, and we're disappointed to hear this has happened.
We haven't received any correspondence from you regarding this issue, so unfortunately we haven't yet had the opportunity to investigate or put things right.

The website looks good and makes the products that you think you are getting look good, but they are nothing like the items advertised and even the stickers they put on the items are wonky. I have e-mailed the company numerous times to try and sort out a refund with no reply. If you want items that look cheap and are nothing like the pictures then this is the company for you!!!!

Hi Stephen,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're genuinely sorry for the experience you've had.
After investigating your order, we've now located your return and have processed your refund. While refunds are normally issued as soon as returned items are received, it appears something unfortunately went wrong in this instance, and we sincerely apologise for that.
When we first replied to your review, we could only see the most recent correspondence, which is why we asked you to get back in touch. Having now located your order and the full details, we're pleased we've been able to resolve the matter.
We never want any customer to feel ignored, and we're sorry that this wasn't the level of service you should have received. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to put things right and hope you'll consider updating your review to reflect the resolution.
Kind regards,
Andrew

Not impressed to order a kitkat keyring that is clearly advertised as kitkat but when it arrives it says kitkel. When contacting company wa advised nothing they can do as the photo shows kitkel. Sorry but why would anyone inspect a photo when it is falsely advertised as kitkat which is what I was led to believe I had ordered. Out of order and embarrassing when it’s a gift

Hi Leanne,
We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order, especially as it was intended as a gift. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
Our products are novelty-style designs and not official branded items, but we appreciate that this may not have been as clear as it should have been from the listing, so we’ll take this feedback on board.
Kind regards,
Keyring Kingdom
