Hi Seth,

We're sorry to see your negative review. I took a look at your order and it seems that you missed our email on the 28th of May. I seems that the items you ordered were out of stock, therefore your order was cancelled and a full refund was issued.

You should find the funds back in your account as it normally takes 3-10 business days depending on your card provider.

We apologize for the confusion. Sometimes our emails get lost in the promotions or spam folder.

Hi Bill,

I am so sorry that your piece reached you in this state; broken glass makes us so sad. We take extensive precautions to make sure our products get to you in pristine condition; unfortunately, shipping accidents still occur on occasion.

Thankfully, it looks like you opted to insure your delivery with Route Shipping Insurance!

Please open the email you received from Route and follow the link to file your claim. Once they have reviewed and approved the claim, they will immediately send a replacement order for you at no cost.

Hi Steph,

We understand how frustrating this is. Shipping issues are heartbreaking, that's why we collaborated with Route to minimize such problems, but they follow strict guidelines and investigate each case separately.

Since the shipping address you entered was incorrect, there is not much we can do. Route Package Protection is the insurance your order needs for damaged, lost or missing packages. However, since the address was inputted incorrectly and we were not notified of this issue before delivery, the only option remaining is for the recipient to return the package to sender and we'd redirect it to you. Unless FedEx would be able to intervene.

Again, we apologize that you are having to deal with such a situation. Given the unique circumstances of your case, our hands our tied. Our support team are available for any questions or concerns you may have, and if there's anything else we can assist you with.

We're incredibly sorry for the delay in processing you have experienced. There was an error in the order that prevented it from showing up in our fulfillment system. Once we saw your review here we investigated the issue and had the package sent out the same day.
