Great customer service and they truly stand by their product, service and warranty.

I love my Beast blender and use it every morning and occasionally again later in the day. About 2 years in, the unit seemed very tempermental when it wanted to work. I contacted Beast Customer Service by email with a short video and they sent me a new blade assembly. I was thrilled but about a year later, it started doing the same thing. Again I emailed to see if this was normal. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they were going to ship me their newest model in the colour of my choice! Customer Service at it's very best!

I recently had an incredible experience with Beast Health’s customer service that I just had to share. I thought I was in a real dilemma when my Beast Blender suddenly stopped working. I wasn’t sure if it was still under warranty since I’ve had it for more than two years, and I couldn’t find my receipt. Despite that, I decided to reach out to their customer service team for help.

I emailed them explaining the situation, and to my surprise, I got a quick response the next day. They asked for the serial number, a video of what was happening, and provided some troubleshooting steps that had helped other customers in the past. One of the steps included cleaning the contacts with vinegar. Honestly, I didn’t think that would make a difference—I mean, it’s a single-button blender, and I figured it was just broken. But I followed the instructions, cleaned the contacts, and to my amazement, it worked like new again!

I hadn’t even responded to confirm, but the next day, Beast Health reached out again. They had already looked up my unit and confirmed that it was out of warranty, but still went above and beyond by offering me a deal I could never refuse if the blender hadn’t worked. That kind of proactive follow-up and care really impressed me.

Beast Health’s customer service is top-notch, and the experience left me confident that I’ll be a customer for life. Not only do they make a great blender, but they also truly stand behind their products and support their customers in every way possible.

The Beast works well... for awhile. Then the motor just up and died on me, less than 2 years after I'd purchased it. I had the original receipt, I'd registered it, etc., but when I wrote to the company (they don't publish their phone number, and I know why) that I wanted it to be repaired or replaced since it was still under warranty, I got stonewalled. Nothing. No communication. Nothing. And I left two messages on their official site on the customer portal. Incredibly unethical company that gives American business a bad name. Avoid at all costs!!

Beast health has the best customer service I ever have experienced. They went above and beyond to take care of an issue with my blender even though it was not bought directly from them but they still helped me until the problem was resolved! Their responses were fast and made sure the customer was happy!

Following all instructions I made a smoothie and the container won’t open. Support claim it is my fault and I should buy a new blade and container. This is a few months old, barely used and now the most expensive model is useless. Even when working much cheaper brands were superior. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Amazing customer service!

I used my Beast Blender nearly everyday for about two and a half years. I loved it, but it unfortunately stopped working. The warranty was only for two years. I reached out to customer service, to see if it was fixable. They gave me some troubleshooting suggestions, but nothing worked. They then shipped me a refurbished unit, which looked brand new, free of charge. They didn't even charge me shipping, and even included new accessories. I was absolutely amazed by their response, especially considering it was a model they no longer sold and was past the warranty. Thank you so much!

I seen these for my first time and I noticed it was only $5.99 for 5,000 puffs. I thought that's a pretty good deal, so I grabbed the
Blueberry raspberry, lemon and I found out why it was so cheap. I can't speak for any other flavors. Because this is the only one I tried and it is the only one I will ever try. Because it is disgusting and it hurts the back of your throat. Not only that, when you take a puff off of it, it don't feel satisfying like you just took a big puff off of a vape. If that makes sense. More like half air half vapor.

My machine base broke and it was validated and replaced quickly! It was provided with the whole set which was greatly appreciated.

The customer service was fantastic. I was ready to purchase replacement parts but Beast decided to send me a new blender and it was an UPGRADE! I use my new one at least 3x a day for smoothies, dressings, making my own almond milk, desserts… I could not believe how helpful the customer service was. They even looked up my account and saw that i had a problem a year prior….amazing. I love that they stand by their product!

Ordered from this company and the package never arrived. Customer service was polite but the answer was no refund and no replacement, because I hadn't bought their optional Package Protection. I was told to chase the carrier myself. I'm genuinely disappointed. Taking a customer's money, failing to deliver, and then pointing at an add-on they declined is not how a company should handle this. I'd think twice before ordering.

Customer service was amazing! I received the supported needed the first time. Rep was very responsive and able to answer my questions promptly.

The beast team really stands behind their product. I bought a beast juicer 3-4 years ago, and after helping me trouble shoot, responded promptly and clearly. they asked for the original purchase receipt, and offered to replace the defected part. Now the juicer is working perfectly and I don’t have to throw the whole thing into the landfill. It was such a pleasant and delightful experience. For exceeded my expectations esp in today’s environment. Will recommend the product and continue to purchase . Thank you!!

I bought this product awhile ago when they were at Costco. I typically juice in the aim and was looking for something that can rally blend like a Vitamix but small and compact. This guy did the job. This product is sturdier and does a great job making a fine smoothie for more morning shake - much better than the cheaper magic bullet and ninja.
The best part about this product is the customer service. My Beast Mini motor has issues and after some troubleshooting they gave me a new refurbished item. It was like Christmas receiving a brand new blender. Highly recommend and they stand by their product.

I absolutely love my Beast Blender! It is powerful, easy to use, beautifully designed, and has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. The quality is outstanding, and it blends everything so smoothly.
