Late delivery
When I placed the order I was given a delivery date 2 pieces were a day late and the other a week late. I ordered for my sons birthday and wasn’t able to give it all to him until well after the fact.

They said my item was in stock. I ordered and paid then was issued a refund. I emailed questioning this and was told it wasn't in stock. I checked the site and it showed that it was still in stock. I responded with this and got no response.

Chimera Bong is the Bomb!
After over forty years of plastic bongs, it was time for an upgrade. DankStop did not disappoint. The pipe arrived in a timely manner and I wasted no time trying it out with some of my home grown. Love the heavy glass and the simple design (I like simple). The Chimera hits are potent but smooth. Smoke a one hitter or the big bowl that comes with it, this pipe will get the job done. Extremely easy to clean with coarse salt and 91% alcohol. One-hit weed and the Chimera are a great match. I like this pipe so much I ordered another just like it in case of emergencies. My first item took a little while but…
My first item took a little while but still under a week , it arrived broken which was upsetting so I contacted support and with ease they shipped another one within the same time for free.
EDIT !!!! I had to take my rating down to a one simply because the replacement piece they sent broke within the first week of it arriving. We know that glass is fragile so we are careful with our pieces, so this is a major fault on whoever makes these. When I tried to explain to support, they told me that we were past the date to put in a dispute about the item (which was the 2nd dispute I put in anyway). I’m very upset with this service, I told them I would give them pictures but they said any damage that wasn’t caused in shipping is something that they don’t have to deal with. This is super annoying , this should be something they have to fix and I hope support sees this !!! I still want my full refund
