Hi Eileen,

We're terribly sorry for this delay, we assure you it was never our intention to mislead you and our team works diligently to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

It seems there was an issue with the payment, our payment provider has been trying to capture the funds but it keeps failing. The order shows up in our system, but won't show up in the shipping queue until payment is successful.

I have escalated this to our finance team in order to see if there's anything we can do to get this resolved and have the payment successful. if not, we will have to cancel the order and recreate it.

We know how frustrating this must be, especially that you wanted this delivered before Christmas. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Hi Regina,

We hope your enjoying your new Dankstop goodies! I see that the package was delivered on the 30th of November.

It takes us 1-3 business days to get orders shipped.
You placed the order on Saturday, the 23rd. Our warehouse team does not pack orders during the weekend, so they weren't able to send the package out before Monday. The order was shipped Wednesday the 27th.

Given that you had waited longer than expected due to the weekend, our team upgraded your shipping speed at no additional cost to you, which is why you received the package at the end of the week.

We send out automated emails when: 1) you place the order 2) your order gets sent out 3) your order gets delivered.

It's possible that our emails got lost in your spam or promotions tab.

Did you not receive any of the other emails either? It's possible that there was a typo when you inputted your email address. If that's the case, then reach out to our support team and they'll get that fixed up for you. Just be sure to tell them your name and the order number that was in the invoice we placed in the package so they can easily locate you in the system.

We try our best to communicate with our customers as much as possible so they would be aware of every step from when they place the order till delivery. And even then, we want to hear feedback so we can improve wherever possible.

It seems you have placed an order with us on October 8th. It was fulfilled on the 10th and delivered on the 16th.

The total for your order was $30.53

We're sorry to hear that you are dealing with such an ordeal. We assure you this could not have been from our end as we ensure a safe checkout process and we ourselves don't have access to your financial information. We leave that to the experts.

At Dankstop, our customer's safety and security is a priority. At the moment we utilize NMI to process payments, their payments systems exceed industry security standards — and as a PCI SSC Participating Organization, they're always up to date on emerging threats and changes in data security standards.

When a transaction is complete, nobody has access to your credit card information. Our system can only read the last 4 digits of the card and the name on the card, everything else is censored.

We're happy to hear that you've received your order. We're sorry for the delay you experienced. I'm unable to locate you in our system to give you a breakdown of the fulfillment process your order went through.

We sent you an information request via TrustPilot since you didn't leave an order number, email nor your name.

Our average processing speed is 1-3 business days, in addition to that, the shipping method you use determines the shipping speed. Our free shipping is around 1-5 business days. This makes the total delivery speed at an average of 2-8 business days. However, in certain cases if could take us more time to ship an order out, or the shipping carrier exceeds the average time.

At the moment we are facing some issues due to our warehouses affected by hurricanes. This also affects shipping carriers having to redirect packages accordingly.

Could you please send us an email at support@dankstop.com referencing this TrustPilot review so we can look into it for you? We need to conduct an internal investigation if you are reporting a lack of communication from our support team. We're always here to help, and we take these issues very seriously.

We're sorry for the delay in processing you've experienced. Our average processing window is 1-3 business days, however in certain cases it can exceed that period. Your order was shipped out on the 5th business day.

On the 20th of September a shipping confirmation email was sent to you. Perhaps it got lost in your spam or promotions tab. The confirmation listed the carrier as USPS and contained the tracking number.
Our support team also followed up with you the next day and included the tracking number in case you missed it.

It seems you might be missing our emails which is why all the order updates and our responses didn't reach you.

Your order was not placed due to a payment issue. Though the funds were taken out of your account, they were held by your bank as they act as a proxy for online transactions.

Your funds got released back in your account within a few business days.

You should have received an order confirmation email when you initiated the transaction, and a cancellation email when the payment failed. It is possible that these emails got lost in the spam or promotions tab.

We assure you it was never our intention to mislead you, this was all clear within minutes from when you attempted to place the order.

We're sorry for the confusion and lack of communication. It seems our messages were being sent to an incorrect email address which is why you weren't receiving them.

Your order could not be fulfilled as it turned out to be out of stock due to an inventory miscount. Our team tried to reach out to you and were awaiting a response. After a week without hearing back, we canceled and issued a full refund for the order.

The funds should have already reflected into your account. We multiple emails at every step, but due to the typo in the address, we weren't aware you haven't been receiving them.

It seems you did not get the shipping confirmation, since you weren't aware that your package shipped out within 2 business days and was delivered on the 20th (a day late, we're sorry about that)

Luckily you reached out to our support team right away and we communicated the shipping updates with you. But it seems the package was missing. Our support team promptly shipped out another package and upgraded the shipping to 2-day delivery.

Your replacement package was marked as delivered on the 22nd.
