Un ampli quad 303 envoyé, jamais de retour, un escroc.
Bataille pendant 10 mois pour essayer e se le faire renvoyer, aucun résultat. C'est du vol.

Site à fuir absolument, j'ai commandé en octobre et aucun objet reçu, aucune réponse aux mails ni au téléphone, heureusement PayPal m'a remboursé intégralement.
Je krijgt je spullen niet neemt de telefoon niet op en reageerd niet op mail Sturen je spullen naar verkeerd adres wat ik kan bewijzen maar hun fout toegeven ho maar !

I have been told by the USA contact that the owner has retired and is uncontactable. The web site is still taking orders so now it is simply a fraud.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY
The proprietor should have done the decent thing and closed it down.
Ordered EQ for my quad 34 for 200€ from DADA Electronics, no emails answers after trying to get in touch with them multiple times over a month, called probably 10 times same things, i got in touch with Paypal in order for them to do the necessary, this is a scam, avoid yourself an headache and run away !
Super slechte service, reageert totaal niet op mail berichten, telefoon wordt niet opgenomen en na bestelling krijg je weken later bericht, dat bepaalde items in backorder staan en als je dan vraagt om geld terug te storten, reageren ze totaal niet op, dus oplichters.......dus u bent gewaarschuwd!!
Wat een super slecht bedrijf !! Reageert totaal niet op email !! Onderdelen en revisie kits staan op de site als "op voorraad" echter als je betaald hebt, zijn ze als je al weken niets gehoord hebt ineens in 'backorder".
Bedenk u goed voor dat u hier iets besteld !!
Looks like my experience is going to follow the same pattern as everyone else's. No delivery, no communication, no replies to two emails. I'm glad I only ordered a quad 33 upgrade kit - I'd be very worried if I'd sent the 33 to them. A waste of space!
I ordered an upgrade kit for Quad 405-2 power amp.
They confirmed shipment on Friday 28 October.
I have raised 2 tickets through my online account on 9 November and 11 November and have sent a separate email on 11 November asking for expected delivery date as after two weeks the goods have not arrived.
I have had no response to any of my three enquiries.

I have now heard from the company but only after getting Paypal involved. They failed to answer any of my queries.
The goods finally turned up yesterday. Exactly a month after the company said they were dispatched.

I take responsibility for what I write, until proven otherwise. DADA Electronics is a web page that serves to scam people. DO NOT make purchases, DO NOT ship devices, DO NOT make payments. The owner must be reported to the competent authorities.
Paid for a 405 service kit. Never received a tracking or delivery information. I sent A LOT of emails, none of them were answered. I opened a ticket (two actually), he never responded. I tried to call by telephone, never answered... So I opened a case with PayPal. 24h later I receive an email from Dada informing me that my order was cancelled because I didn't pay for it. It's a bit odd since I paid it through Paypal and that it's of course registered on both PayPal and my credit card account, so why would he lie? Anyway, I'm still waiting for my case to be resolved but in the meantime I recommend to stay as far away of this shady business as you can. At best they are the most unprofessional online shop out there, at worst a plain scam. Update: Dada continued to argue with PayPal that I didn't pay the article. Since PayPal paid it (??!?) I got a full refund and hopefully he's on some kind of black list... The whole thing was bizarre and sad.

Sent my Quad unit (405 amp, 33 pre amp and FM tuner) in for updating, servicing etc. The units were working when I sent them, I felt because of their age that updating was necessary. It took quite a while and Stew charged me $2000.00 which was a bit less than he originally asked for at my insistence that it was too much. He also didn't want to touch the FM tuner, saying they were too finicky.
When I got the equipment back, nothing worked, not one thing. After many emails, a few calls, and much effort on my part trying to find the cause, he informed me that the boards could be loose on the 33 and asked me to take it apart and try inserting them into their slots. I was pretty pissed since I felt that was what I had paid him for. He finally said to send the units back and he would retry fixing them. I am uncertain if this is a good idea at this point (already purchased a new amp/preamp)
I generally have a distaste for using platforms such as this for the following, however I am convinced of the importance and relevance of sharing the following experience with DaDa in Belgium. My point is not that of shaming or exposing DaDa and Mr. Stefaan Verdonckt, but simply to emphasize the importance of customer and supplier aligning their expectations. And I had high expectations for DaDa's ability to refurbish my equipment, professionally and efficiently. This is my side of the story:
I shipped my six Quad units in one crate from Denmark to Belgium this January (2021), a 306, a 405, 2x34 and 2xFM4. Due to the Covid situation I was prepared for extended delivery time. All units needed refurbishing and I carefully explained the units individual faults in an attached letter.
During the whole process it was quite difficult to reach DaDa via mail, but in mid-May, 5 months after shipment (sic!), I was informed that my 306 was refurbished and ready to be shipped. In June, I was informed that it wasn’t ready after all, and that the 34s was on the bench. During August I received my two 34s, my FM4s and the 405. In three different shipments, mind you - expensive. At this point I was happy that most my stuff had finally returned - the 306 still missing, though.
Due to my work, I did not have time to use the units until October, but I soon discovered that the one 34 isn’t in full working order. It is humming horribly, and it is practically useless as audio equipment. The one FM4 hasn’t been fixed either and the unit is in this state completely useless for all practical purposes. The 405 had some mechanical issues which hasn’t been addressed either. I have explained to DaDa that the equipment partly does not work as intended and partly has not been renovated as I had requested. None of these objections have been answered.
The worst part is DaDa’s lack of communication and understanding of my objections to the work. I think it is reasonable to expect a response within a reasonable time and that any complaints about the work that has been done are listened to.
The end of the whole mess is that I have asked DaDa to return my 306 immediately, which incidentally worked as intended when it was sent off to Belgium but needed refurbishing after 30 odd years of service. I hope to get the unit back soon and to find another and more serious service provider.
I hope many of you have good experiences with Dada's service. I certainly do not, and I would encourage you to get clear agreements with the company from the beginning so that you do not end up in a similarly frustrating situation. It has obviously cost a lot of time and a lot of money with a poor result.
Unable to stick to agreed deadlines, unable to deliver a consistent and accurate status, unable to even give information when called, very slow to respond to emails (if he bothers at all), in short almost anyone is going to be better, lower hassle, lower cost and faster than this company that understands zero about customer service. In fact, forget about any customer service at all.
Promised repair in one week, but it took three months with changing excuses - "it is being worked on now" followed by "next to go on the bench", then sudden 2 week holidays, then again "it is being worked on now" followed by (yet again) "next to go on the bench" before I told them to stop and I would have the unit collected and sent to a competent company. Then he finally got his act together. The final act was to try ripping me off on the return carriage, so I just had the unit collected by a courier at a much lower cost and no more money to him.
For much better and cheaper service go directly to IAG in the UK (the current manufacturer of Quad)
