Although I have previously had a good experience with this company, I was recently sent the wrong item and, despite two emails, have received no response. Money wasted. Will not be using them again.

I have previously ordered from them and loved the products. However recently ordered again and nothing arrived, I have contacted their customer support a number of times with no response. Do not order from them I assume they are no longer in business!

By mistake I ordered the wrong cable, and returned it to Nolii asking them to kindly exchange it last autumn. I've heard nothing from Nolii since. Emails are not answered, there is no phone number.

I’ve placed orders from Nolii a couple of times before with no faults. However, I made an order last week, no shipping confirmation - I paid 2-3 days shipping and the payment has gone through. I’ve sent two emails and no reply, neither email addresses work. Not impressed.

I have ordered from them a few times previously and had positive experiences, so went to order again over a month ago. The item never came and I’ve reached out to them on their website twice with no response. The customer service email doesn’t work.

Ordered a nolii iphone charger from Nolii and so far order has not been delivered and despite numerous attempts for status update on delivery or refund of payment, no contact back from nolii.No response or update or comeback.There is no phone number to ring for customer support so all you can do us send an email or log a request on their webpage which thus far any contact has been ignored.They have my money and I have no product and no comeback for refund and no response/customer support.Consumer Rights Ombudsman my only option at this stage.

I purchased a Couple Battery (portable charger for iPhone) 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately when it arrived it turned out to be faulty. I emailed Nolii to ask for an exchange or refund and they responded saying I would have to be send it back to them by courier at my own cost. I wrote back questioning this given the circumstances and, despite emailing several times since and also attempting to reach them via their Instagram account, they have not responded.

Poor quality - bought a loop cable which lasted less than 10 months. They sent a replacement which then lasted less than 6 months.
They also took months to ship out the initial order, but counted the 1 year warranty from date purchased not date shipped/received.

Cases super poor quality. First one split within a year of purchase, customer service replaced with a new one in November. New one is now splitting too! Durability is terrible considering the price. Would not recommend.

Don't bother. Their exact words were "Our lifestyle accessories won’t have to be upgraded every time you upgrade your tech." So I bought a cover for my iPhone 11 Pro, plus the attachable wallet & charger. Was hoping to update the cover to a newer iPhone model - been waiting over a year, but just seen a message on their Instagram page saying they've discontinued their phone covers! Useless.

Bought the power bank and really liked it, but warning it can only charge via the magnetic connection - dropped mine and now with a small crack it won’t charge. No option for repair or trade in and not covered under warrantee (despite sustainability claims on the website). Would pay for this service as such a shame for it to end up in landfill now within 8 months of buying it.

Loved the design and purchased a case with matching accessories. After a few months I upgraded my phone - Nolii don't keep up with new models so now the case and all accessories don't fit, have had to rebuy everything in a different brand. Pointless to have everything matching!l and 'modular'!

Products purchased are of good quality and nice design. One of the items stopped functioning after a while and the Nolii team provided a replacement which was delivered fast. Top tier customer service.

Poor quality doesn’t last. Bought power bank few months ago now not working.

I have bought a couple case and two cables one year ago. The case was replaced after a few months, as it was peeling badly. Now it’s less than 10months I have the replacement and it’s happening again. The card holder is presenting with similar problems, the soft rubber that covers it is peeling at all corners. Also worth adding customer service blamed me for this, with a very patronising message. The cables are ok, still working fine after a year. The cable hold is useless though, never stuck anywhere

Just bought the Set Battery. Great design! Really useful product.

Really pleased with my new Nolii products. Great quality and design. Fast shipping and clear comms throughout from the team. Highly recommend.

Purchased two products over two weeks ago.
Only one arrived, no response from their customer service regarding the missing one. Tracking shows it hasn’t even been packed in their warehouse.

No way of contacting them except for DMs and emails, all ignored.
Will have to report to UK trading standards.
