I placed an order with this company several years ago, which was delivered without a problem. So this time, I was not too concerned. But after more than six months, I have still not received the order. Initially I received a tracking number, but it disappeared a couple of days before delivery was scheduled. The company gave an explanation and said the order would be re-sent. I got no tracking number and no order. I got emails from their support service telling me how busy they were, pulling in more staff, backlogs of orders, etc. I got the distinct feeling I was dealing with an AI-bot with instructions to keep the conversation going but not progress it anywhere. Then, after 4 months, silence. No contact, no response, nothing. Yet, they are still taking orders over their website. Hard to see how this is not a fraud.

Terrible service!!! unfortunately I found these reviews after I placed my order now I find myself in exactly the same position as everyone else no shipping info, no communication, the worst service I think I have ever received. The shipping information page is two months out of date this is nothing but a scam steer well clear of these Jokers.

I have been waiting for my order now for over 7 months! I have requested a refund, Jayson (if he actually exists) was looking into this but nothing. This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. Any advice would be welcome, InvizBox have taken my money and have ignored my order and any attempts to reply. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. Hopefully someone who can afford to will take this company to the courts. They are not a responsible company and should be closed down. It is daylight robbery!

Well I had to wait six maths which takes you over the120 days limit to get cash bock from card. I also looked at small claims Ireland non eu citizen can't claim. So lost 159 dollars because the will help and switch account on at there end. Once you have your box communication stops I think they knew about all of the above so it's more like an Internet scam. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. There is no help even after waiting six months to help them..

Make more than one network and it barely shows them and anytime you try to interact with the interface it reboots every five seconds
I’ve only been able to get the network to show after rebooting and unplugging the router and letting it sit for 15 minutes and then only last for three days
if I could return this piece of crap, I would but most likely I’m going to talk to my bank to see about how I can dispute the transaction because this is a literal scam
I’m very disappointed that my VPN provider proton suggested this hockey puck of a router
Bait and switch
Just like some previous reviewers of InvizBox, I was given excuse after excuse after excuse on when my order for an InvizBox 2 would be shipped. It got to the point where I was leaving town so I decided to cancel my order before it shipped. I received confirmation from Jayson Q. that the Finance Team was notified and to process my refund request. Four days after I returned the router arrives. I sent them another email reiterating that I wanted my refund and to send me a RMA. Since then, nothing but crickets. I'm being ghosted. I have since put a request in with my credit card company to get my money back.
Do not order anything from this company. They are the most unprofessional company with zero scruples.
The InvizBox co-founder Paul Canavan has not answered any of my emails either.

I have had an Invizbox 2 for a couple of years (purchased from my VPN provider) and as I was happy with it I decided to order an Invizbox Go on 7th August 2024 directly from Invizbox themselves.
Here I am on 19th September still awaiting shipping confirmation and tracking info.
I have contacted their Support on several occasions and received an answer from someone called Jayson each time giving me a load of excuses and various commitments to shipping, none of which happen.
At one point they crowed about how many orders their team had packed the previous day. I don't care, my order wasn't one of them!
Worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. Don't make promises you cannot keep. Be honest and upfront.
I'm beginning to wonder if the product actually exists and if I'm ever going to receive it.
There are alternatives out there so I suggest anyone considering these people find an alternative.

I purchased an invizbox 2 on the 22-2-21 and it has never worked. It never connects always no internet connection. Contacted customer support but no response, I ended up with an expensive ornament.
InvizBox: A Disastrous 5 1/2-Year Crowdfunding Ordeal
Where do I even begin with InvizBox? I initially supported their mobile VPN router project, enticed by the promising concept and deliverables. So, naturally, I was eager to back their second version, the InvizBox 2 Pro.
Fast forward an excruciating 5 1/2 years (!!!), and all I have to show for it is a never-ending stream of excuses. InvizBox has not only failed to deliver on their promises but has also steadfastly refused to cancel the project altogether, leaving backers like me in a state of perpetual limbo.
What's more disheartening is their utter disregard for the basic expectations of crowdfunding. Even the bare minimum of providing regular updates, as mandated by the platform (Indiegogo), seems beyond their capability. It's a lamentable situation that not only reflects poorly on InvizBox but also casts a shadow over the entire crowdfunding concept—a concept that was meant to empower innovative ideas and projects.
InvizBox's handling of this venture has been nothing short of disastrous, and it's regrettable that they've allowed their actions to tarnish the very essence of crowdfunding—a community-driven platform built on trust and innovation.
