Will made the experience great, helped with the process, good knowledge on the vehicles at Dace motors

I recently bought a vehicle from Dace The sales rep Mike McDonald was pleasant, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was immaculate and well presented

Apparently the 82 piont check doesn't pick up the airbags fault or that the key won't go into the ignition half the time. Got a one year warranty from them which promised I could use any garage anywhere in the country. Phoned to use it and was told we don't pay for diagnostic we only pay for labour up to 60 pounds and hour. And if the parts are to expensive we won't pay for that, you will have to bring it back here and we'll fix it. I love 200 miles away. What else can you say. Ater some initial miscommunication Jason from dace has been extremely helpful in resolving all of the issues to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely use dace again as they did go above and beyond to make sure i received a professional and high standard of service.

Just bought my Audi from Dace motor group and couldn’t have gone anymore smoother. My sales guy Tom has been brilliant from start to finish. Explained anything I asked to a very good standard and make this whole experience very easy and exciting. If you’re looking for a new car I would definitely come to see what these guys have in stock.

Fantastic service. Just been to pick my new BMW X6 from Dace Motors in Eccles. From our initial contact with Jayden right through to collection, this guy has shown us just how much he loves his job, and it does show. Jayden has gone above and beyond with customer service. He took care of everything, from the finance, sorting my retention for my private plate, even removing them from my trade in. He answered all our questions and we had a few to ask. Friendly , helpful and great advice from salesman Tony Jackson. He made me feel confident in my purchase. Post sales communication has been excellent too .

We seen a car, made enquiries, Jack Hart was in contact with us straight away, made arrangements to visit Dace which was 85 miles from where we live.

Why are you selling vehicles that are overdue serious mechanical work ?? When buyer questions salesman MATT to why serious gearbox service has not been carried out or being carried out before I purchase considering your 90 point check he says I don’t want to sell

Jack was excellent with his customer service skills, I got the car I wanted at a really good price and the process was straightforward.

Josh and the rest of the Dace German Car Centre were very helpful during my visit to purchase my new car. We had some issues with the finance company but the team worked late to try and get it sorted and again came in early the next day to complete the sale to allow me to get off ASAP. There were some minor issues identified with car when I test drove but because I needed to drive away that day DACE agreed to fix the issue when I return next month. Everyone was friendly and I felt the team done what they could to help me drive away that day.
