I never received my product. Cyxus is legally responsible for refunding the product or replacing the item with a new one. However, they say as if the logistics company was responsible for the issue, refusing to take any action. They should legally pay me back first and then file a complaint on their own if they used an insured delivery service. I believe that the good reviews are mostly fake. Don't fall for it. Their customer service attitude is ridiculous. Don't take the risk please for your own sake. As a corporate misconduct professor, I find the way they handle this issue very much disppointing. Sincerely hope that Cyxus's business goes down in the near future.

Ordered glasses and was contacted to confirm the order. When I responded to say that I wanted to cancel and confirm prescription, I was told I took too long to respond so the completed the order. I can’t even use the glasses. I won’t use the service again.

The product was exactly described, the price was great, and I received my order in time specified, I really love these sunglasses, & I get asked where did I get them.

On October 3, 2023 I paid in full for a pair of glasses and on October 14 customer service sent me an email stating that the item was out of stock and "We would be more than happy to assist you in finding an alternative style that suits your preferences. Please let us know your preferred style or any specific requirements." I replied that I am not interested in an alternative style and requested a refund. Up to this day a refund has not been processed !!!. I tried to contact Cyxus through email and the phone number listed on the website which is NOT working, as well as their CHAT option on the website where there's never a staff to chat with. That says a lot about this Company, I am furious and disappointed about this issue. They seem to refuse to submit my refund !!!.

Excellent product experience. The experience was very good and I am satisfied with the glass. But I Will appreciate if Cyxus will send the next product from a nation other than China.

It took MONTHS to get my order after I paid for expedited shipping.

I never got my order. I only found out about issues with my order after I reached out numerous times to their customer service. They gave me a bad tracking number and then kept telling me the order arrived which it definitely didn't. I'm sad because I've previously bought from here with no issues and this time it wasn't like that.

The glasses I originally ordered never showed up. Customer service responded quickly when I asked about it, and they sent a replacement pair. But the replacement pair wasn’t even the pair I ordered and I need them too much to return them. If you’re buying Cyxus, buy them from a retailer, not directly from the site.
