It has been over a month since I ordered and my item has not even been shipped. My email was ignored. I called their customer service phone line today and it goes straight to a voic email system that is not eve set up to recieve messages. This company is clearly a SCAM.

I never received the proper lens covers as advertised and bought. I reported it once they arrived and no one responded or helped with the situation.

Update: Cyxus got in touch with me shortly after I wrote my review below. They have seen my complains in their Facebook page. They apologised for the delay and offered a refund if I didn't want to wait any longer for my glasses. I decided to wait, but after the estimated time of arrival (two months) of my order, I received another email explaining that the glasses I ordered were no longer available and they sent me a refund. Overall, the communication with the customer was good AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW IN TRUSTPILOT.

Original post: Cyxus takes the money but doesn't send the product. I have bought eyewear from them many times without issue. I ordered a pair of glasses a month ago, they took the money but haven't sent any information about when the order will be ready. They are not replying to messages in the website chat, by email or by whatsapp. DO NOT BUY FROM CYXUS!!!

Recently bought 2 sunglasses l just received one l contact them with no response and the one l received it it absolutely rubbish . Not recommended

I love the sunglasses. In bright light the tints darker extremely quickly and very comfortable to wear all day.

Customer service is one of the best out there. The model I ordered was out of stock - well... tbh a proper update on the website would have been ideal, HOWEVER customer service was prompt to suggest the closest model to the one I wanted, everyone I talked to by email was understanding of what I prefer and in the end they sent me another model as soon as I made my decision at no extra cost (price of the model I got is a bit higher). And I am happy with my purchase :) thanks guys

Unfortunately the prescription glasses I ordered arrived with a different optical graduation than the one prescribed in written by my optometrist. After my complain and a few exchange of emails with Cyxus Customer Care Team, I decided to dispute the charge on my credit card. It seems Cyxus did not argue anything against it, and at the end I was chargeback the price, something I appreciated from Cyxus. I am still waiting for Cyxus return instructions, so I can ship the glasses back to them. Besides the above, time delivery and quality of the product was good.

Offered items they did not have, had to open a dispute to get my $300.00+ back

I have ordered before great services. I ordered couple years later horrible they don’t respond in timely manor they go weeks on end with no response and then want you to pay them to send back glasses that came in wrong prescription!!!!!

Received the glasses and they are broken. Screws just fall right out.

Great glasses

I love the appearance of my glasses, but the quality has significantly decreased over the past few years. My new glasses are about 6 months old, and I have had to tighten the screws on them at least 1-2 times per week. They get so loose that the frame is about to fall off. I have worn glasses for at least 18 years and never had this problem before. I never once had to tighten my glasses I purchased from Cyxus in 2020. Very disappointing
