Excellent upgrade
Clear description of cables and connector options with easy ordering. Realistic indication of delivery timeframe.
Well made and neatly finished balanced headphone and interconnect set . An immediate and noticeable improvement in performance and musicality which developed after a relatively brief 'burn in'.
A noticeable upgrade. Thanks

Customer support at its best!
I had some doubts about the cord I’ve ordered first so I’ve reached the customer support and manager Kaya was very polite and thorough answering my questions about the product. I then decided to cancel my initial order and buy a different cord and Kaya was again very helpful. Money has returned and the new order was delivered in time. Customer client-oriented support at its best!

Custom Cans Grado upgrade transforms headphones!s
Grado send in service to substitute the Grado hawser cable for 3.5 mm sockets and Litz cable was very efficient and completely transformed both theheadphones I sent in (gs3000x and gs1000e). Work was very neat and totally professional. Interaction with Custom Cans staff friendly and useful. Former purchases of customised cables were excellent in every way.

All in all a good purchase.
The custom grids are good and the sound improves a little. Also the cans look better in my opinion. Not so easy tò install them, a detailed mounting scheme should be provided in the package, but its not. Nonetheless I am satisfied with the purchase.

Hi Giuseppe, thank you for your feedback! If you feel up to it, please consider letting us know which part of the fitting you found difficult. ♥
I think a good idea will be including a QR code that takes you to the video, and a lil diagram alongside that sounds like it'd be useful as well. Thank you for helping us make the customer experience better, it is absolutely paramount to us! -- Kaya

Friendly, professional and fast!!!
When I exchanged my HD-25 headphones during configuration, I always received very friendly, competent and quick responses!
The implementation and shipping were also relatively fast, considering that I ordered from Switzerland.
I recommend you and it will certainly not be my last order.
I look forward to the next project.
