I bought a customised cable for a pair of Sennheiser HD600 headphones. The process of ordering the cable was simple and straightforward. It's great to be able to tailor the cable with the specification you need or want. The product quality is excellent. Great looking product too, with a myriad of colour combinations to chose from. The delivery time was clear and the order was delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Happy customer here.

Great service! Amazing work. Recommended!

Firstly, the product is of good quality,
The company use a reputable delivery service,
Product was delivered within time specifications and I was kept updated throughout

Very helpful, and corrected my email when I inquired about not getting an order confirmation

The product was absolutely spot and the service equally as good

Packaging was small, all the parts were there. Maybe a link to a tutorial would be nice but otherwise i still give it 5 stars!
Thanks!

Fantastic product that works exactly as advertised. There's even a video on youtube that demonstrates how to install.

Return purchase as I was already impressed with the quality of the products. Fast shipping and well packaged. Great product choices as well.

Fast and excellent service and products. Highly recommended.

The sticky tape wasn't cut properly and the strap itself feels a bit too long (could be because I went for the 1.4mm version). Had to readjust where I stuck it to my headphones. That aside, the strap made my Edition XS so much more comfortable to wear for longer. Shipped on time. Would recommend

Great personal, independent service , great product!

I got a cool cable that was pretty expensive but also less than the official seller sells it for while having far better vibes.

Nice communication, quick and always kind…
Thanks a lot

Arrived quickly and fantastic quality. Could not recommend highly enough.

Bespoke, very high quality headphone cables/mods/accessories at a fair price and with excellent service.

I have purchased numerous cables and adapters from them over the years as well as having two pairs of expensive headphones modded. And I have always been delighted with the results.

Fine quality and speedy delivery.

I have written to customer service several times regarding a return or refund. I haven't received a response in nearly three weeks. The product did not meet my expectations.
Update:A few days later, I replied to the email mentioned in the response—first in German and then again in English. There was no further response to my reply. It was only after I left a negative review that they immediately responded to the email and initiated a refund. The problem was resolved.

Great service & excellent product

Very communicative and quick to respond, and a high quality product that looks great!
