Paid for VIP…… from first order, every order placed was really slow to be delivered despite being given priority delivery, when I contacted Customer services I was always told the same thing “too many orders to process” I had deliveries arrive from America quicker. Demanded a refund and to be fair that arrived quicker than my orders.

Fantastic company. A little slower with despatch but the products are great and good value. My first set of pens arrived damaged but the customer service I received was brilliant. Will definitely order from again in the future.

Very slow to dispatch.

So far, not having a good experience with CraftStash. Placed an order from Canada after seeing a trusted crafter in England showcase some products. Got an e-mail a few days later saying that my order had been shipped. Then I started getting suspicious e-mails from a company I didn't recognize, telling me that they were waiting for me to pay Taxes & Duties before letting my shipment proceed. That's not how Canada Customs works. We pay any duties and taxes owing when it arrives at the Canada Post office. I've been scammed before when they've charged me duty and had to pay again when it arrived in Canada. Tried calling CraftStash phone # - a strange phone signal and no voicemail. Tried e-mailing them to cancel my order and no reply. Not happy at all!

Delighted with my order. Good value for good quality. Despite the bank holidays arrived in 7 days . Well packed too, so card blanks arrived in perfect condition ( not always the case from other suppliers) . Will certainly use again for my craft supplies

Got exactly what I ordered and was happy with the experience. Took slightly longer than expected but their communications were clear when I queried it. Good quality products.

Came across this company by accident.
Placed my first order in June 2024 with a bonus of free delivery and 20% off first order. Quality is superb. Super fast delivery. Customer services the best ever.
I plan to use this company in the future as prices are far better than eBay.

What a fantastic company to deal with! I ordered an expensive 27 piece Die set that 1 of the pieces didn’t cut, I contacted customer service and spoke with lovely Nicola, she immediately sent me another set, the intricate piece again had problems, (no fault of craft stash) Nicola has been there via phone and email every step of the way to sort my problem, I have now ordered a replacement which is more expensive and haven’t been charged the extra money. Thankyou craft stash, and a massive thankyou to Nicola! I will definitely be back, wish more companies were like this, 5 star plus .

I had put in a $150 order for Made to Surprise. The stamps did not stamp evenly. In the die sets, two different covers and they put in two of the same die sets. There has been no reply from them to make it right. They take your money and give you extremely poor product.

I was having difficulty sourcing an item that was out of stock everywhere else which brought me to Craftstash. I placed my order online but rang through to make payment. The lady who took my order was very helpful and pleasant. i opted for free delivery as it wasnt urgent, however there is also another option for next day delivery. I ordered on a Wednesday and the order was delivered the following Wedsnesday. All as it should be, no drama. I will be ordering these items from Craft Stash in future.

Ordered a product which was sent out quite quickly, I then happened to have a problem with evri the delivery company not being able to find my address. This was obviously not anything to do with craftstash themselves. When I contacted them by telephone I didn't have any problems getting through and they were extremely helpful in resolving the problem. As soon as evri failed to deliver on the 3rd time I contacted craftstash again and they sent me out a new product by next day delivery but I arranged for a different delivery address. I didn't have any problems with craftstash themselves and would definitely purchase from them again.

I placed an order on Monday 4th September with standard delivery saying it would take 2-5 working days. It's now the 13h September, 9 days later (7 working days) and still no sign of my parcel. Disappointing as I was looking forward to using this craft firm but think I will think twice in future

Their dispatch/packaging time is poor, been waiting a week for my order status to change from 'processing' to 'dispatched' and it's only being sent by Evri (they don't take long to deliver). My first order with them and it's not looking like a positive experience. Won't return to make a new order.

Terrible customer service i paid next day delivery it didn't arrive customer service managed to stop the delivery yet still charged ne £5.99 delivery. Avoid this company

Excellent service, quick delivery and when I had a query I received a prompt reply to my email. They have some great quality crafting products at reasonable prices , have ordered several times with no issues, would recommend

Hatte craft stash eine big Show plus bestellt , ohne vorher gesehen zu haben das die Sendung aus dem Vereinigten Königreich kommt. Daher hatte der Versand 17 Tage gebraucht bis er bei mir ankam. Auf Anfrage nach ca 15 Tagen wann denn das Packet kommen sollte , hat mir der Kundenservice innerhalb 1'nem Tag geantwortet und auch gleich die Sendungsverfolgung Nr. mitgeteilt so das ich es im Überblick hatte. Bin sehr zufrieden und glücklich dort bestellt zu haben.

Terrible company ...Extremely poor customer service and communication waited over a week and my goods had not arrived in fact they had not been shipped ,you dont expect to wait over a week for this kind of service

Fantastic products at great prices. Order was dispatched within 24 hours and delivery came in two days. Really polite and friendly customer service team. Always my go to place for my crafting materials

I purchased a Cricut machine earlier this year from Craft Stash. Unfortunately its pressure has diminished over time. I'm an avid user of Cricut machines and rigorously checked this machine against another machine I own using the same mat / material / blade. It is very evident the pressure on this machine is not what it should be. I contacted Craft Stash who offered to collect the machine and test it. They tested it and said there was nothing wrong and sent it back. There is not a shadow of a doubt that this machine is defective and so despite the machine being defective they have taken no responsibility for the machine. I'd like to also add this process took around 2 weeks.

I have bought all other machines direct from Cricut. While I paid a little extra it is worth every penny to receive Cricut's excellent customer service and who will 100% honour their warranties.

Think very carefully before saving may £10 or £20 but ending up having to keep a defective machine.

I have learnt the hard way. I won't be buying a Cricut machine or another item from this company again :(

Ich hatte keine Probleme mit Craftstash. Der Kundenservice hat innerhalb von einem Tag geantwortet. Was ich allerdings nicht so gut fand, dass für die Sendung nach Deutschland keine Sendungsverfolgung möglich ist. Finde, dass das bei einem internationalen Versand schon sein sollte. Somit wüsste ich nicht, mit welchem Paketservice versendet wurde und wann es ankommen würde. Der Versand war innerhalb von 10 Tagen da. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort bestellen. Da es viele Sachen in Deutschland gar nicht gibt.
