Received my order today (here in Australia) ... amazing service and it was delivered right to my door. THANK YOU ever so much .

They offered a pre-order on stock that was due to be shipped on 3/10, didn’t update the website, the stock shipped a week later than advertised and now the shipping has been delayed. It’s the 12/10 - where’s my stuff??! I should have ordered from somewhere else. My local art store have delivered their items from the same range on the 2/10 - it doesn’t make sense that they’re still waiting for the supplier. Will never use again.

Ever since they became part of Practical Publishing their level of service deteriorated rapidly. I used to get an almost instant reply to my e-mails, now I’m lucky if they respond at all. On the last occasion it took them four days! I had cancelled an order that had been outstanding since July. They refunded me and told me they would inform the delivery company EVRI. Somehow still received a message from EVRI that they had my parcel and would deliver; parcel went missing, was found and apparently delivered to me (obviously not) with the proof being an image of a map. I have spent so much time on writing to Craftstash and to EVRI that I have vowed never to use either company again, even if it means missing out on certain products. There are far better online retailers around that offer a much better service and use Royal Mail. At least they are reliable even though they have the occasional strike.

How about give people their REFUNDS for your faulty items and turn your phone lines back on… try answering emails too!!

They was great at first but I placed a order on the 8th and not heard bk when I will get item sent them a email without any joy rang them and it says sorry we cant take ur call right now are open times are 10am to 4pm I ring in them times and still no joy once again sent another email looks like I am going to have to try and get my money bk

Dont do it... dont be fooled by the prices.

I paid for some items on the 5th, since the 11th i have not heard ANYTHING, and they ignore me.

They NEVER answer phones, the dont respond to emails they ignore you on Facebook, the ONLY reason why i will get my money back is because i paid via Paypal and have now raised a complaint against them through paypal which no doubt will FORCE them to respond and start providing excuses for their dreadful service.

My advice, pay a few pounds more and use another company, IF you still use them, use paypal so that you can get paypal to force them to give you your money back.

Craftstash, my order number is #3000986799. Im not interested in the items anymore, i just want my money back, God forbid if i had to return something to you or do further business.. the thought makes me shudder.

Extremely poor customer service and communication. Regularly order things and there will be items missing. And then not available. When you get your refund they take points back so you dont get full refund even though its their stuff up. And take forever to resolve issues. Pity it is the only place I can buy certain brands otherwise I would take my business elsewhere.

Tried several times to place my first order. No 20% discount as stated. Phoned and phoned and phoned. Only ever got a message. Not a person.
Sent an email. Still no answer. I give up.

I orders my items but had a problem with the delivery company loosing most of the items. when i contacted craftstash they dealt with the issue very quickly and professionally. they went above and beyond. Thank You Craftstash. Mrs Hall

The major gripe for me with Craft Stash is how incredibly slow their delivery times are. My first took 6 days to get to me - not good, but maybe a one-off, I thought. This time it has taken 5 days for the order to be DISPATCHED, never mind received!

There is an expectation of quick delivery in today's market (dominated by one major company; no names mentioned), and Craft Stash really need to up their game in this regard or they will start losing custom. Let's face it, there are plenty of other companies to choose from. I certainly won't be using them again.

Last year I ordered stamps but mistakenly thought the order hadn’t gone through so did it again. When I received the stamps I emailed to say about what had happened and said I send back the repeats- received a reply saying that’s fine we will credit you when we get them. I posted them first class and after a while emailed to ask about the refund and was told ‘we haven’t received them’ which I find rather strange. so I won’t use them again and wouldn’t recommend them. I will say Lou’s stamp is beautiful but even that won’t convince me to use them again.

Where to start? Their customer service is non-existent. You phone and get a constant message stating no-one is available to speak to you and to leave a message. No point - no-one gets back to you anyway.
I sent a complaining email which has also been ignored.
I wanted a certain item that was ordered way back in October. Nothing arrived. Next I got a notification to say my money had been refunded - no explanation, nothing.
The item was still on their website so I reordered. Again, after a very long wait, the order only partially arrived yet they charged me the full whack! They are impossible to contact!
Craft Stash, if you are reading, my name is Janet Hammond should you wish to investigate. I won't hold my breath.

I really wish I could give this sham of a company minus stars. Placed order and it said expected delivery 2-5 days when it was still sitting processing over a week I went on chat and a very rude customer service woman - can't even call her customer service - said it would be dispatched in a few days, what is a few days - same as everyone elses few days was the reply. £140 of my money they have and I suspect they are taking peoples money for items they don't have and getting stock in to order. When you order off a website you expect a clear indication of delivery times not to be told every time you enquire 'a few days' shocking company that I will never use again and I would suggest if you have not purchased yet go elsewhere. They blamed it on Black Friday influx of orders however looking at these reviews they have operated the same way well before Black Friday

Ordered a plotter/cutter and after 6 days had heard nothing. Contacted them and they couldn't tell me when it was going to be despatched.

I ordered my goods Friday 8th October then came on here to look at the reviews. I normally do it the other way round and I’m glad I didn’t. After seeing reviews I panicked thinking I should of gone elsewhere so I contacted customer services to as for delivery time. They replied right away with ETA of 2-5 working days. This morning I received my item. I’m so pleased with my shopping experience with CraftStash. I’m 100% happy with the service and will definitely be using them again.

Customer Service at Craftstash is appalling. They don’t care about their customers at all. I’ve spent thousands of pounds in the past and they were always my go to place to buy crafts. They don’t want to know if you have a problem and avoid blame. Used to be a great shop Customer Service let’s them down. ☹️

Very poor customer service. I ordered 2 items and only received 1. Spent over a month contacting them to get a refund. Felt very frustrated. They were not willing to rectify their mistake, so I felt that they simply did not care. They even had the cheek to offer me a 1p refund instead!!!
Unfortunate, as they sell good products at good prices, but if you ever have a problem occur, the customer service is awful. Never shopping with this company again.

I gave them one star but honestly if I could have given them none I would have.

Wish I’d read all these reviews before ordering. They are a complete and utter waste of time. Poor customer service, poor communication and painfully slow delivery schedules.

I would not recommend them to anyone and once I’ve received my order won’t waste time on placing another.

If anyone reads this before ordering from them I’d recommend you look elsewhere unless you enjoy being frustrated and annoyed.

The promise delivery within 5-8 working days. After 2 weeks I still havent received my parcel!!
Further More, the currency Converter on their Homepage is Not correct, Paypal Charged me more than the final balance stated in my Order.
I would have preferred so Much paying 5 euros more on any other website but receiving my Order with in 2 days. I ordered sth from China at the same time which has mareado arrived…
Not recommendable at all.

Cannot comment on their goods as didn't buy anything. Their offer of 20% discount was tempting so I signed up for emails - 5 in the first 24 hours!! That aside tried to place my order but the code was invalid. Used the chat form. I was told that the 20% off does not cover everything. No where on the site or my email did it say this. I sent screenshots and was then told to send the email to them as sometimes they terms can come up white? Asked for an email address to forward it too and was still waiting so left the chat. Beware the invisible small print
