Country Properties Anmeldelser

Country Properties at Ampthill and in particular Sasha were excellent throughout the sale of our house. She kept us updated, was always quick to respond and made the whole process feel much easier. We’re very pleased with the service and would happily recommend.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the whole team were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely consultative throughout the process.

From Jake’s first visit to discuss selling our home, to the numerous viewings handled by Harry, our interactions with Ken, and Sasha’s incredible handling of the sale — we always felt we were in very capable hands.

Communication was excellent throughout, and the team made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.

A huge thank you to everyone involved — it was an absolute pleasure working with you, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you!

I can’t thank both the Lettings and Sales teams at Country Properties Royston enough for all of their excellent and efficient service over many years.
Sophie and her lettings team provided essential, expert, and friendly property management support that made a huge difference for me.
Recently, Irma, Fiona, and the sales team have delivered outstanding service, offering constant availability and rapid responses throughout the entire sale process.
Finding such a friendly, patient, and professional team is rare, but Country Properties have consistently delivered that level of care to me over a long time.

Country Properties were an absolute marvel! Would recommend them to anyone!!
All the Staff were helpful. However Sasha was the star!!

Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Country Properties Ampthill, and once again the service has been excellent.

A big thank you to Sasha and Jake, who have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole moving process so far. Communication has been fantastic, with constant updates and reassurance at every stage, making what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.

Their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to keeping everything moving smoothly have really stood out. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.

A special thank you also to Harry and Ken for their support along the way. It's clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their clients and works hard to make the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Country Properties Ampthill and would happily use them again in the future.

Very professional, allways willing to help going above and beyond my previous estate agents experience. Very happy with service received.

I am looking to rent out my late Mothers house in Hatfield so went on CP Hatfield website and requested a valuation. Many days passed and having not heard back, I rang the Welwyn Garden City branch instead.

I was told that as the property was in Hatfield, the Hatfield branch would have to deal with it. They took my details and said they would pass them on and I would get a call back.

It is 10 days later and no one has bothered to call me. Useless....

We would 100% recommend Country Properties. The whole team are fantastic - and we received so much support from Sasha. She handled everything so calmly and professionally from start to finish, and her communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We’re so grateful for everything she did to get us over the line. Thank you Sasha and Team CP!!

Although I was not buying or selling with Country Properties without Sasha’s help in the chain we would not have been able to progress with all the sales in the chain. She went above and beyond - outstanding customer service.

we have sold several properties with CP and again Ken & Sasha were excellent - highly recommend.

Superb from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout my house sale (especially Phil). All staff are friendly and helpful. Speedy service.

I recently sold a property through Country Properties’ Shefford office, and I can’t praise the team highly enough. My main contact, Steph Beresford, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone I dealt with had such a friendly, positive, and light-hearted attitude, which made the whole process so much easier and far less stressful.

This wasn’t a straightforward sale, and they worked far harder than a typical transaction would usually demand. As the sale had to be handled remotely due to the distance from my home, their support truly went above and beyond. They kept an eye on the property, checked in regularly, and even took the final meter readings at the end of the sale — something I’m incredibly grateful for.

Country Properties’ Shefford team is genuinely wonderful to deal with, and their dedication, kindness, and professionalism made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We would recommend Country Property without reservation. The team were professional and friendly and kept us fully informed of status throughout the sales process. Sasha always kept us updated, which was important to us as we are not resident in UK, and worked hard to push the chain to completion. We are pleased we chose Country Properties and thank the team.

Sasha and the team at Country Properties are fantastic and I’d definitely recommend, they helped me purchase a property and then some years later sell it and both experiences were positive. Sasha really does go above and beyond during what is a really stressful time!

We purchased a property through Country Properties Ampthill, after agreeing our purchase, our chain broke, They were very helpful, checking out the new chain all the time upto completion.
We had a private sale on our home and they set our mind at rest keeping us informed all the way.

Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted by Landlords . Having formulated a contract many years ago they recently tried to impose add additional costs which were not an acceptable change tour agreement . We subsequently decided to terminate our agreement because of this and incurred an introduction fee on our properties after many years of business . A bad experience .

Welwyn Garden City branch. Excellent service. Paid attention to detail. Spent the time to make things work. Professional and friendly staff.

My experience with the Letting Side of CP Ampthill was unfortunately less than satisfactory. While there were moments of professionalism and helpfulness, the overall service from the management team was significantly impacted by very poor communication and a general lack of competence. Interactions often felt dismissive and unprofessional, leading to delays and frustration. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service and operational efficiency to ensure a consistently positive experience for all clients.

From the outset to completion Country Properties in Ampthill were brilliant!
All the team were professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
We sold our home mid January and 9 weeks later, with a chain of 7, were very pleased to complete. We couldn’t have done it without the superb support of Sasha who guided us through to completion.
Thank you!
