Lived in St Williams Court for over 2 years. The reception staff, Mohamed, is awful. He is the most impolite person I've ever met and he is very rude with residents, especially esea people. He would also randomly mansexplaining which makes me very uncomfortable.

Jeena & Paulo are incredibly professional, trustworthy, reliable, and kind. When we moved to London, they made the entire experience feel easy and seamless. It’s one of the best-run buildings I’ve ever lived in, and that’s largely thanks to them. We’re grateful for their hard work.

The concierge team are all great! Especially Sara, Allan, Greg and Michael. They provide excellent service and are very trustworthy.

Paulo & Jeena have just been the most useful, kind, and welcoming folks as the concierge team at my building. They gave me a warm welcome when I first arrived and have made my life so much easier in many occasions, particularly after recovering from my ankle surgery :)

One of the best things about living at Tapestry in Kings Cross is the wonderful Concierge team. They are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible, and add a smile to every passage through the reception area. I'd like to especially call out Sara and Allen on the day shift and Michael and Greg, who cover the nights.

The concierge team at Fenman House, especially Paulo and Jeena, have been excellent. They are always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, and consistently go above and beyond for residents. They are a real asset to JAR. The JAR management team could be more responsive to emails, as it can sometimes be difficult to get a response, but the outstanding service from the concierge team has made my overall experience a very positive one.
