Good service
The benches we ordered are of high quality and were delivered really quickly. When I requested a VAT receipt the staff responded promptly and were generally very helpful, in particular Abi.

Beware Shipping Charges
Comprehensive catalogue and fairly responsive website making it easy to get a quote.
Unfortunately the online quote does not mention that the £0.00 for Shipping and Handling may be revised while the subsequently emailed quote claims "Shipping Method Delivery Charge" but does not state what the charge is.
The order confirmation states "Shipping & Handling £0.00" Despite being subsequently advised that Delivery would be another 12%.

Many thanks for your review. Shipping charges are dependant on the supplier and the postcode for delivery. On the rare occasion the shipping charges are £0.00, we do state that shipping will be calculated and we will advise further.

Good Customer Service Back-up
We had an issue with damage to two tables on different orders and staff sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Abi Hart was quick to reply and took ownership of the problem and had a satisfactory solution within a few hours.
