I have been working on my organization's state tax account closure project for the past couple months. Helen is invaluable and knowledgeable. We had a good connection, and her laugh/smile is contagious; she relates well to my concerns.

They have very good customer service, including excellent phone support. The web UI takes a little to get used to and occasionally seems to have glitches. But at the end of the day I think they are worth every penny.
