Great experience, easy to use

Very easy to use!

Easy to create an account, make a document, and cancel the service.

Completely dishonest. Cancelled got billed argued had to turn it over for fraud with my credit card company. I am so happy for this company to go out of business du to AI. They are sneaky subscription scammers. Bill for 4 months then a year later start billing again

It’s disappointing to need a simple promissory note template. Which you advertise as having several. To only find it’s an intentionally made fill in the blanks template. Not providing the customer with what is needed.

AWFUL… tried billing me £210 while refusing to cancel my subscription, shocking

Should have option for zero stars. I reviewed Rocket Lawyer trademarks October 2025 with very negative review on how they took my payment in full for simple SBA trademark filing and totally messed it up over three years. After that review an attorney named Jeremy contacted me and said he's now in charge and admitted all their mistakes to me. He promised to fix immediately. Six months later and they once again haven't done anything and don't even respond to my emails and calls for updates. How is this level of incompetence possible for a company who says they perform legal work? Mindboggling how bad they are. Learn from my nightmare and do not give Rocket Lawyer your money!

Quick and simple to create tenancy agreement

The worst subscription company ever. I canceled n January on my credit card. In March they charged my freaking personal bank account... WTF!

NEVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Firefox on Macintosh.

The website is poorly designed. After signing up and filling out all the necessary fields, there was no way to sign it or view the whole document.

Called to cancel, and I was told that, Oh, yes, our website doesn't work well with Firefox.

Arranged a pre nuptial agreement with rocket lawyers.
The process was incredibly quick and straight forward.
Price was reasonable.
We worked with Aamer Latif who was knowledgable, very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries.

I was really impressed with:

Easy to use and reasonably priced for one doc.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience.
The automatic renewal of my membership without clear notice or consent feels misleading and unfair. At no point was I adequately informed that my subscription would renew for another full year, nor was I given a reminder prior to the charge being taken.

Additionally, the process on your website makes it far too easy to be unintentionally enrolled into an automatic membership. Customers should not have to worry about being caught out by unclear terms or hidden renewal conditions. It is also frustrating that cancelling appears unnecessarily difficult, especially when failing to cancel in advance results in being charged for an entire additional year.
