I talked to Anice Takahara regarding her support with our Colorado and California state registrations.

Anice assisted us through the registration process and completed everything within 30–45 minutes. She was extremely calm, supportive, and clear in her guidance throughout. Instead of making the process complicated, she quickly identified and resolved bottlenecks within minutes.

What stood out most was her strong problem-solving focus. She prioritized getting the work done efficiently rather than pushing products or adding unnecessary steps, which made a stressful situation much easier for our team.

Straight forward, good communication, easy to work with

Terrible, I called in October to get my state tax id numbers. Every rep I spoke with misinformed me and prolonged the process. I have employees who could not get their filing down in time,
At lease within the year because corpnet prolonged my process at an unnecessary rate. I use them because I need them but seriously need to work on the communication and the behind the scenes. When my paperwork was actually filed,
My rep said her computer was down that’s why on my end I kept getting misinformed about documents not being sent (or whatever, some dumb notice in my email that continued to elongate the process). My employees are highly disappointed, I look unprofessional because I’m running a business, raising a family, and having to deal with corpnet and all its unnecessary requests and inattentiveness, which I had little time for. There were no phone calls made to enlighten me on the next step, nothing. After I paid my money to get the document in October, still 3 months later was when the actual filing happened.

I was very BLESSED to have sat in on a seminar that Nellie Akalp presented. I sat in because I am going for my EA and thought this would be good Information... WOW !!! She blew me away and now I am afraid to take my EA exam!! Then I get Katherine O'Mara !!! SO KIND, KNOWLEGEABLE, PATIENT, TO WORK WITH !!!
