Corel Anmeldelser 

Heute bewerte ich den Support als Abonnement-Kunde. Ich nutze CorelDraw seit den ersten Tagen und brauchte Hilfe bei einem kleinen Problem, das sich später als wesentlich größer darstellte.
Mein Supporter bei CorelDraw, Paul Garcia, hat sich mächtig angestrengt, das Problem zu lösen. Nach mehrfachem Aufschalten auf meinen Rechner, hat er mit viel Geduld mein Problem gelöst. Danke dafür.

Software, die von heute auf morgen nicht mehr startet ubd ein Support, der defakto nicht existiert. Künftig kaufe ich keine Produkte mehr von Corel!

Avevo già acquistato anni fa il Corel Paint Shop Pro per windows 7 ma, ultimamente, essendo passato a windows 11 e NON avendo trovato aggiornamenti atti a farlo funzionare sulla nuova piattaforma, ho dovuto riacquistare il programma di grafica Corel Paint Shop Pro. Mi sono accorto che era completamente diverso da quello in mio possesso ed ho mandato una mail alla Corel chiedendo il previsto rimborso. Mi hanno risposto che ero fuori termini dei 30 gg previsti e ho loro mandato la mail originale con cui chiedevo il rimborso. hanno trovato un sacco di scuse dicendo che la mail era stata manomessa e modificata. Alla mia ferma risposta che la mail era autentica e che dovevano indicarmi dove era stata modificata, NON HANNO PIU' RISPOSTO !!! Di questo passo, sarò costretto a rivolgermi con PEC all'Unione consumatori ed all'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e lel Mercato AGCM, per far valere i miei diritti !!!

Corel "updates" their programs every year and after 1-2 years they refuse support unless you pay for it! God help you if you have a PC issue that requires you to re-install, their system will block you from activating (another scam just to get your email). I was a fan and over the years I purchased several of their applications but no more.

« Mais bien sûr, je vais m'amuser à découper le projet et envoyer la séquence… »

Je partage ensuite un lien sécurisé vers mon NAS afin qu'ils puissent télécharger le fichier. Réponse du support :

« Le fichier d'exemple que vous avez partagé prend plus de 30 minutes à télécharger. Je vous invite donc à partager le fichier vidéo d'origine — d'une durée comprise entre 30 secondes et une minute, tel qu'il se présentait avant son importation dans VideoStudio — via le lien ci-dessous, afin que nous puissions l'analyser. »

À croire qu'ils n'ont pas une ligne Internet assez performante chez eux… J’ai laissé tomber et j’ai finalement trouvé plus rapidement une solution gratuite qui a très bien fait le boulot. Résultat : 83,64 € perdus pour Corel VideoStudio Ultimate 2023.

Firstly no stars. I have had a photo editing program. It works. I needed some info, I've had it since 2022. Trying to get in touch with this company, is like trying to get blood out of a stone. I tried ringing them. I could not understand a word the person was saying. Eventually I found out how to send my serial number to them. When I Eventually got a reply. They put on the email Dear Mr / Ms. Now they have my details why put this. A total waste of time. They don't seem to understand or can't read English, Customer Service is a waist of time.

It's got a LOT of potential, but it's a far cry from the Corel from decades ago. The customer service is HORRIBLE. It's overseas from cultures that are misogynistic and hard to understand IF you can get through to a person. Other than that, it's all email, which NEVER addresses the issue and takes several WEEKS to resolve. I was NEVER able to get issues resolved with their support. I had to use ChatGPT and still couldn't get it to work. There is an incredibly limited amount of tutorials anywhere as a work around, too. So you're spending hours trying to figure it out all by yourself. Incredibly poor support.

The products themselves?

Well, I Painter is the one I was really excited to use, however it does NOT seem Windows 11 compatible. It would NEVER load. I had almost a month to cancel from purchase and used all but the last week just trying to get it to launch. Customer service was RUDE and non-existent. I had to use my money back guarantee. It was simply not usable.

Draw I got because I have a Windows laptop, and Illustrator doesn't work well on it. Illustrator was also not budget friendly until I found that you CAN just get Illustrator and not the whole suite. Besides that, Adobe got into trouble with us artists a while back.

With the price and wanting to give the once reigning but not underdog company a shot to take over where Adobe left off was intriguing.

Draw does work, but there is a LOT of compatibility issues with top selling drawing tablets. You don't get full function with Huion tablets at all.

A lot of the features are either missing or more clunky than Illustrator.

In the end, it was the constantly having to learn work arounds, just not really in the same league as Adobe, and the absolute HORRIBLE customer service and tech support that made me cancel. After just under 2 years, I just can't anymore. I need something that either works, is easy to understand the training, or has excellent support. This has none of these, so really only for the experts who have the time to trade subscription costs for learning curves. I don't have that luxury. I need to create and hit deadlines.

And not just cancel. I decided to just buy an iPad and looking into a Mac so I could run Illustrator.

It's supposed to work on Windows and Adobe doesn't work as well on Windows (Fresco anyone? VERY limited use available). But, Illustrator already works the best on Apple products, so it seems counter intuitive to use a substandard program when Adobe is more affordable now and works without as many issues.

Seriously, save yourself the hassle and and headaches and just go with the industry standard.

I bought CorelDRAW! x6. Yes I know it is 10 yrs old but it works great. The problem started when I had to reinstall Windows. With that I had to reinstall CorelDraw x6. I had all my info, serial number so when it said i had x amount of days to activated i thought no problem, man that couldn't be further from the truth. I kept saying i needed a internet connection which i had. I sent in a support form and explained what happened (It was too late to call). Well the next morning I get this email from corel saying they no longer support that version and they do not do activation for it either. WTF!...i bought it, I paid them for product that I owned. To add insult to injury the rep offered 40% off the 2025 that they do support. That still would have cost me $322. I called support and got the same bs. No understanding, they just said that is the policy. So i went online and but coreldraw standard 2021. Installed and entered the serial witch was accepted but during the registration process received an error. I called Corel again and now they said they do not support corel 2021. This company is ripping people off and unfortunately they are in Canada so there is very little i can do about it. Just beware and if anyone has experienced the same please post.

Ich kann mich hier vielen anderen Usern nur anschließen. Aus unerfindlichen Gründen sind z.B. knapp 2-jährige Installationen von Corel Draw nicht mehr lauffähig und werden mit einer Fehlermeldung einfach gestoppt. Eine erneute Installation mit legal gekaufter Software ist auch nicht möglich. Dafür wird dann automatisch auf die Seite von Corel verlinkt und ein erneutes Kaufangebot vorgelegt.

I tried the 7-day free trial of Corel Painter 2023 because I’ve heard many good things about the software itself, and I was genuinely interested in testing it. The program seemed promising and I was curious to explore it further.

However, I ran into serious issues when trying to cancel the trial before it renewed. The system kept showing an error saying I had no active subscription, even though my account clearly displayed an active trial. I attempted to cancel multiple times without success.

I contacted Corel/Alludo support through several channels, but responses were very slow and the chat disconnected after a long wait. As the trial approached its renewal date and I could not cancel it, I became concerned about the upcoming €400 charge. To be safe, I had to move funds out of my account and now may need to block my card to avoid an unwanted payment.

I believe the software itself has potential, but the cancellation process and support experience were extremely stressful. I hope Corel/Alludo improves the trial management system and response times, so users can test the product without fear of unexpected charges.

Nutze seit Jahrzehnten Corel und Adobe. Musste jetzt die Lizenz verlängern, soweit so gut. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt, wie kompliziert und aufwendig eine Software "verlängert" werden muss. Meine IT-Kollegen haben sich echt reingehängt und letztendlich mit riesigem Aufwand alles hinbekommen. Zudem kam noch, dass Corel auf einmal einige Schriftarten nicht mehr erkannte, neu verknüpfen, dann gings. Corel, das war das letzte Mal, Adobe ist da deutlich unkomplizierter.

Ich vermute meine Mails wurden nicht wirklich gelesen sondern von einem Bot beantwortet.

Years ago, Corel purchased another company's tool known as "Gravit Designer" and rebranded it as "Corel Vector". It was a fantastic, easy to use, browser based/PWA application for vector design.

I used it before and during it being known as Corel Vector, it was a great learning tool, as well as a viable professional design tool.

Then, this year, they have decided to sunset the tool.

I now need to export many, many hours worth of work. Which would be easier if they opened the pro features up before they sunset the tool, but I am prevented from accessing these.

I contacted support. Their solutions? They told me that they have given everyone pro access, sent me the URL for the app (cool, I'm not an idiot) and told me to use incognito mode (okay?) but the pop-ups to purchase the pro subscription for a tool they are shutting down still comes up. Massive oversight.

They've basically just tried to drive people using the tool to subscribe to other tools under their product estate. No, engaging in anti-consumer practices like this does not drive me to want to purchase another one of your tools.

Très renommée à l'époque pour ses logiciels comme PaintShop Pro, la dernière version publiée est Paint-shop Pro 2023 à l'été 2022. Nous sommes à l'été 2025 - Cherchez l'erreur ! L'application fait régulièrement des promos sur des pack qui ne sont jamais envoyés si vous utilisez les liens des promos de l'appli, et le service client est aux abonnés absents. La seule application qui semble maintenue est la suite graphique Corel Draw complètement hors de prix. La marque s'est complètement laissée dépassé par l'IA, c'est en tout cas mon sentiment.

Der Support ist genauso schlecht wie das Programm selbst... Das Programm hat so Zahlreiche Fehlfunktionen, die vom support arglistig überspielt werden. Sobald man eine etwas komplexere Zeichnung mit mehreren Linien hat, hängt sich das Programm sofort auf. Ich kann vom Kauf der Sofware nur abraten!

Corel has the absolute WORST tech support ever. I have been to get Aftershot Pro 3 fixed for weeks and it is still not corrected. They are a joke. Stay away from Corel products at all costs. You are wasting your money as they do not offer to replace software that isn't working. No wonder that 99% of the reviews here are one star !!!

ATTENZIONE non comprate questi software se non volete rovinarvi le giornate o serate! ASSOLUTAMENTE NON USER FRIENDLY, ASSENZA DI GUIDE, ASSOLUTAMENTE NON INTUITIVO, UI TERRIBILE. Poi se avete due o piu monitor fatevi il segno della croce

Vorweg, die Software ist echt Top, der Support allerdings eine absolute Katastophe! Die Kontaktaufnahme ist sehr umständlich und eine Antwort dauert viel zu lange, bei uns eine Woche bis zur ersten Rückmeldung!

Um klar zu stellen. Ich bewerte hier corel draw Standard! Ich bin schon sehr enttäuscht. Von Beruf Friseurin und keine Grafikerin, wollte ich mir meine Flyer und Visitenkarten selber gestalten. Klar habe ich Tage dafür gebraucht, aber am Ende sind sie super geworden. AUßER...Das corel in dieser Version weder neue Farben zulässt; das heißt für den Druck kann ich nichts veredeln, noch den Export in eine PDF x3 oder x4 Datei. Heißt also für so kleine Bearbeitungen müsste ich das größere Programm kaufen. Sorry, enttäuschend
