Very Happy with Cooks&Co service . Starting with best delivered price , quick speedy delivery , efficient unloading and disposal of old Fridge /freezer . Great product . Only negative and stops us giving a 5 star review being that we left to unpack and dispose of very large amount of protective packaging in form of polystyrene and cardboard sheeting which will need to be delivered to recycling centre . Difficult in these COVID restricted times

Great company
I needed a specific dishwasher for our new kitchen, phoned several companies and was told that I wouldn't be able to get hold of one and then luckily found Cooks and Company they had 4. Placed my order straight away, chose my delivery date and the dishwasher arrived as confirmed. Brilliant service, have since visited their showroom to look at other appliances, well worth the 3+ hours round trip a great
company to deal with.

I highly recommend using company and cooks.
Very clear if they have the model in stock and also very quick delivery.
I opted for the recycle old appliance but on the day i managed to give my old dishwasher a new home, so I called up and they gave me a refund for the £25 strait away. So easy to deal with.

For cooks and Company for a brilliant and speedy service. From ordering via telephone (actually speaking to a human) friendly voice and delivering within 48 hours to me my Miele combination microwave oven/grill H7140BM though we do not live local. Delivery driver so helpful and polite in difficult times. Well done 5 star from me an the appliance is great.
