Cooks and Company Anmeldelser

Delivery problems, late, expensive, driver failed to locate us (sat nav useful?)

Helped with my queries and gave me advice. Very good customer service. Thank you

Correct goods were available and delivered all at a very competitive price and on time. I’ve bought 7 Miele appliances recently and I’m delighted with Cooks & Co.

Responsive and friendly customer service, confirmed quickly that delivery was possible where I needed, no time spent on hold or waiting days for an answer to your email. Offered a choice of delivery days to suit. Delivery time slot was confirmed the day before, with a phone call to confirm the actual delivery time on the day. Delivered by two friendly and courteous gentlemen on the day. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I called to enquire whether the dishwasher we wanted was still available. There was one in stock so we ordered online I'm,mediately. Delivery was swift and we were kept informed about the delivery day. All in all an excellent level of service.

Speedy and efficient.
Thank you.

What a great company to deal with. Iain was great from a sales and service perspective. Lee and Dave the delivery crew were extremely helpful, cheerful and entertaining. Looking forward to firing the BGE XL up, great product, excellent reseller. Thank you.

Ordered a new Miele dishwasher online after phoning Cooks and Company to check availability. Received rapid and clear confirmation that they had the required model in stock. Ordered online and machine was delivered a few days later. Very pleased with their efficient service.

Cooks provided and delivered 5 appliances for us including full height fridge, freezer and wine fridge. Took a little longer than expected with supply chain disruption due to Brexit etc. Received prompt updates whenever we asked and given great prices for the items.
The delays meant that our new kitchen (in a new house) was ready to receive the appliances so we wanted to have them delivered directly to the site. Changing the delivery address was no problem and delivery team and route allocated to ensure they arrived during site working hours.
Understanding the order status and flexibility on delivery was really important to us and we appreciated the help and service from Cooks.

Excellent service with two days from ordering to delivery. Plenty of updates regarding delivery. Can't fault them.

I preferred the wrong model and they were very helpful to swap to the right one

Excellent service delivery.
Very competitive price.

The only website I found that had the model of Miele tumble dryer I wanted in stock. Was pleasantly surprised how quick delivery was, on a day of my choosing, and was given a time slot. As promised, I was telephoned 30 minutes ahead of delivery. Well done Cooks & Company, I may well be using you again!

Product what we expected at a good price and efficient delivery.
