Excellent selection of dining chairs. Jas was really helpful; no high pressure sales, just friendly, knowledgable and efficient.

The delivery was on time, Alick, Andy and Ken were considerate, professional and efficient.

Tariq was very helpful and patient while we were deciding which chair to purchase. As it was a sale item we were able to take it home with us on the same day. Tariq wrapped it up so it didn’t get marked and help us load it on to our car.

Ordered a recliner bed for my Mum. No pressure from Store staff to purchase, but we did. Easy ordering procedure and good choice regarding headboard styles and colour. Bed delivered, set up and checked to ensure operating smoothly. Very efficient service.

We had great service from the Christchurch branch and in particular Anita who took time to ensure we were happy with our choice of Furniture the delivery came on time and was dealt with by an experienced careful team who couldn’t be faulted all in all a great experience

Joanna was very helpful when we were deciding on which fabric to choose for the settees and made suggestions on colour of walls, etc.

Only problem was that the colour samples she had ordered for us never came and we had to make a journey to the store to collect the shop samples and go back the following day. The samples have still not arrived so Joanna is having it sent to the store instead.

We had looked at the website but wanted to see what the bed and mattresses were like in store. All the staff members we passed spoke a cheery good afternoon. Upstairs we were met by Louise who was very helpful and guided us to an alternative mattress that we were able to rest on. Louise was very knowledgeable about the products and we found her to be excellent, as excellent and as helpful as other staff members that we have been helped by on previous occasions. At no time were we rushed and after choosing the colour we made our purchase.

We were treated with curtesy and respect. Our questions were answered and relevant information offered in a way didn't put pressure on us to make a decision straight away. At the time of purchase the salesperson again gave all relevant information and confirmed our order was completed to our satisfaction and understanding.
