They go out of there way to help and I never feel pressurised when making decisions about new furniture ,deliveries are always on time and the team are always careful and respectful of my property.

Always professional
Anita and the rest of the staff were so helpful and patient. We had the opportunity to take a fabric sample home and there was no pressure to complete the sale.

No "pushy" sales people
No "pushy" sales people, but close on hand if needed for advice and help. Pleasing sales areas, toilet facilities always a bonus (!), and generally a professional and helpful attitude towards me as a customer.

Exceeded expectations
I was immediately welcomed by Lisa on the bed department , who after I had looked around , I went back to Lisa , to say what I was looking for , a brown bed . It only took a matter of minutes for Lisa to totally understand what I was looking for . Bedframe and headboard sorted , fabulous it was just what I needed. I then said we need a mattress too , again so knowledgable , and courteous it didn’t take long for Lisa to once again know exactly what I was looking for . All ordered and a sample of headboard material on its way , along with mattress protector and pillows on order too . Been along time since I have experienced such wonderful customer service with such a knowledgable lady , what an asset Lisa is to Cooke’s team . Thank you once again Lisa .
