I ordered the insoles, and everything went very smoothly. The delivery was prompt and well handled, and I’d especially like to compliment the online customer service, which was available at all times to answer any questions.

I ordered shoes and the experience was interesting. I got some Chelsea boots. The material felt quite cheap and height boosting insoles had been placed inside the shoes (like heels). The shoes themselves were very normal.

To be fair to Conzuri, the insoles did do their job; I was somewhat taller.

The downsides were the poor quality of the shoe; I’d have much preferred a design where instead of an insole there was a taller shoe (eg with Timberlands).

I’ll also say that the design is really bad for your back and knees because it essentially makes you walk on heels (the back of the insoles is higher than the front)

15 days later no items. Customer service got back to me once telling me to wait a bit longer, then they won't reply.

Very disappointed, you shouldn't have to wait this long.

These shoes are amazing to wear!!! Gave me three inches and I feel amazing in them🙂 buy them 😎 you will never regret them

Had to exchange the shoes and customer service made it super easy. They were super helpful through out the entire process.

Very bad quality shoes I was expecting something much better for the price to top it all they’re making the refund very difficult by giving me lots of silly offers. I will take this further. If I do not receive my refund. They didn’t even supply a return address terrible.

It took a while for the order to get here but you will definitely received it the customer service are very fast and very helpful and they are very friendly I was giving them low star but after Sophie help me through my case I’m upgrade to 5 stars and will definitely buy again in the future

They are honest

The shoes I ordered from Conzuri weren’t really for me— too hard for my soles so I returned them. Sophie in customer service helped me return them; she very helpful and accommodating! She responded promptly to all my questions and concerns and even offered nice alternatives instead of returning. I was not expecting such hospitality from an online business! Such a positive experience makes me willing to try a different pair in the future!

It's a flip of a coin if your order shows up or not so I wouldn't bother

Ordered a pair of shoes at the start of the month, 10 days have past and the tracking shows they’re still stuck in China despite their website saying they ship from the uk.

Reached out to their customer service who made some false promises, and then when I requested a refund they stopped replying.

Other reviews also point out their items being stolen in shipping. We live in a day and age where you can order something online and have it in your hands the next day, Conzuri seem to be living in 2010.

I am still being ignored in relation to my refund request too, and also don’t think these shoes will ever arrive as they’ve spent 6 days sitting in China doing nothing and the tracking shows they’re still there! Order number 3308602

i’ve been waiting over a week for a response about my first refound and two days for a response from a second person about a refound as well

I ordered products from them 17 days ago and still haven't received them! You can't trust their shipping times as they claimed it would take 8 days or less for where I live! Order number #3307376

However Hannah helped me through the process by responding to me in great time and reassuring me my order would be with me soon and like magic they appeared the next day. Thanks to the whole team. I placed an order (#3307077 Order Number]) on February 19th, 2026. It has now been 16 days, and I have received absolutely no items and no communication despite multiple attempts to reach their support team
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. For a premium-priced product, I expected at least a basic level of customer service and timely delivery. Instead, I have been met with total silence, which is unprofessional and unacceptab

Ordered two pairs. The running shoes they have are a bit uncomfortable or weird to walk or actually run in. However, the Penthos ones I ordered is amazing, super comfortable, and really boosts you a few inches.

I'm 6'3 and with these bad boys I'm literally 6'5+. When I go out to clubs or bars, ladies literally stare at me with more frequency than before. Confidence booster for sure.

Initially conzuri sent my conzuri Brixtons to Ireland instead of the UK, then they said they sorted it out, but they sent me the V2 cedars instead of the Brixtons to the UK. It's been 2 weeks and they havent fixed this yet. Terrible customer service with no replies or progress for 5 days. Only 2/5 of my orders went well.
