Schoenen nooit aangekomen?!
Wij kochten schoenen die we wilden ruilen. Vooraleer we een retouradres kregen, moesten we eerst foto’s mailen ter beoordeling. Dat vonden we al omslachtig, maar we volgden de procedure.
Vervolgens kregen we een retouradres in Duitsland en werd ons expliciet gevraagd om het pakket zonder handtekeningservice te verzenden. Het pakket is nadien onvindbaar geraakt en volgens het bedrijf is het nooit aangekomen in hun warehouse. Hierdoor staan wij als klant met lege handen.
In plaats van een passende oplossing aan te bieden, stelde men voor om korting te geven op de schoenen die we niet wilden — op voorwaarde dat we een tweede paar zouden aankopen. Een andere optie was dat we alvast nieuwe schoenen konden bestellen en dat we pas zouden worden terugbetaald zodra het oorspronkelijke pakket zogezegd zou toekomen. Beide voorstellen legden opnieuw het risico bij ons als klant, waardoor we hier gelukkig niet op zijn ingegaan. Ik begrijp uit andere reviews dat dit geen alleenstaand geval is.

Un' autentica eccellenza nel settore "Scarpe con Rialzo"
Dopo aver subito un grave incidente mi è stato sconsigliato di portare le mie tanto amate scarpe col tacco alto. Ma non riuscendo a camminare per nulla bene con scarpe basse, ho pensato di provare le scarpe con rialzo di Chamaripa. Ebbene,non avrei potuto fare migliore scelta.Arrivate in tempi ultra rapidi in un elegante package, si sono presentate addirittura meglio rispetto alla foto. Ottima pelle, tomaia perfetta, suola in schiuma di gomma. Un autentico gioiello di scarpe,eleganti e confortevoli, notevoli nell' ammortizzare il peso della camminata nel tempo. Dopo averle usate per circa un anno le scarpe sono ancora perfette, intonse e malleabili come il giorno del loro arrivo. Sono talmente soddisfatta che il mese scorso ho ordinato altre due paia con colori personalizzati. Anche questa volta sono arrivate in tempi ultra rapidi considerando anche il non irrilevante dettaglio che le hanno dovute fabbricare. Ringrazio Diana per avermi seguito in ogni passo del nuovo ordine. L' eccellenza Chamaripa è promossa a pieni voti.

Both Lucy and Diana reached out to see if I have been helped when I called and did not leave the voicemail. It would be nice if we could get the order confirmation once it is placed. This is my 2nd order from Chamaripa
This is my 2nd order from Chamaripa. Jessica went again over and above and beyond and help me get some sneakers. I think I will order some dress shoes down the road, but it may be awhile. The shoes are on the expensive side for a big guy size 13 but they're great and they do really add 2 inches, and however they built the sole you can hardly notice. Certainly not for running or any sports but for casual sneakers they're very nice. Thanks again Jessica and Chamaripa!

Got the 11 cm shoes and it’s 100%…
Got the 11 cm shoes and it’s 100% legit, I wasn’t sure even tho I researched the brand fully that the advertised claim would be true but after trying it for 3-4 days I can confirm it is one of the best purchases I’ve done. I feel 10x confident, the heel on the lower end of the shoe is completely normal so no one even assumes it’s elevated at all unless you’re in shorts at worst. Customer support was very helpful and I hope to continue purchasing their new products.
