I had exactly the same experience as all the other reviewer/buyer here. It took so long to deliver, sent me wrong sizes twice, all in all 4 months processing. The customer service named Rhea responds like only after three days of email and do not want a refund. Very low quality for the price they tag. I am prepared to sue this company to complain about the service as this definitely is a scam. The only version which is quite ok is the Onne sneakers but yet still the price is too much for the quality. This company needs to be put down as they are scamming people…

Honestly really disappointed with Tallure. The shoes came with no box at all, just thrown in a plastic bag which already felt kinda sketchy. The quality is also really bad — they look super cheap and the sole feels really loose at the heel — it’s not stable at all, almost like there’s just a thin insert stuck under the shoe instead of a proper sole.

I tried to request a return but didn’t get any proper response. Instead they kept trying to convince me to just keep them and offered a 50% refund (not even including shipping), which is just not acceptable

Scam!!!! Took forever to send sz 5, instead of sz 8 as ordered. No box received, incorrect sz shoes shipped in a plastic bag. Very bad quality. No return instructions, no address. Completely Scam!!!

Scam!!! Never got what I ordered. Save your money! Wonder how many more out there just send them the money and never hear from them again.

Spend your money somewhere else!

Ordered in December 2025 before Christmas.
NEVER delivered. Months of delivery excuses but only just when they feel the need to respond to the emails. This level of delay and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others not to order from this company.

this is a complete scam of a company. they lied about their sneaker with extra height. it is a plain sneaker with THREE sole inserts for height and now there is no room for your heel to fit in. when i went to immediately return it they refused to give me a refund! said would only give 50% of money and i am responsible for shipping to SINGAPORE! what a scam

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered shoes from this company two months ago and they NEVER arrived. For the past week, I’ve been getting daily calls claiming that my package is “out for delivery,” but it never shows up. After that, they stop answering calls and even switch off their phones.

The company itself does not respond to emails or messages at all. No updates, no accountability, no customer service. This feels like a complete scam.

I have been patient for two months, but this is beyond unacceptable. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. I strongly advise others to stay away unless you want to lose your money and waste your time.

Hi i bought 2 pair of trainers a few weeks ago on arrival the trainers where to small
I have tried to contact the company and have sent 3 emails to the tallure requesting a returns form
They have never responded. Im at a loss and feel i have been completely ripped off. Im now left with 2 very expensive trainers that dont fit me
Please do not buy from this company they should be blocked from selling there goods on line

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are weird, just a block of foam in the heel, your heel does not sit far enough down and slips out when walking. They advertise easy 30 day returns. For a full refund you have to pay return shipping to Singapore ($300) or they will give you 50% refund. Poor customer service - had to send them 3 emails before they respond. Amazon sells this brand - if you really want to try them buy there so you can return easily.

Shoes make you lean forward when you walk and ended up with constant back pain and had to see a chiropractor x 3 times and he advised me what I already knew the shoes were the issue.

It was a terrible experience! They sent me the wrong sizes and wouldn't refund them. I had to send them back to singapore on my own dime for them to even consider a refund even though it was a fullfillment issue. I've never worked with a retailer that does not do a refund or pay for the return process when they make a mistake. The best they would do is 50% back, which sounds reasonable to a degree until you look at the price of the shoes. They are pricey! So 1/2 back on shoes that aren't what I ordered and cost over $350 for 2 pairs is not fair or right. Buyers beware!

I have ordered a pair of those and at first delivery attempt, I received a message from the "carrier" saying that my address was not valid and they "returned" the shoes to the sender. Then I contacted this company and someone answered saying it was returned and they were sorry blablabla ... finally, they sent an email saying that they would send another pair of shoes and no need to return the ones that I did not receive (of course). It's been now 30 days that the tracking says the product is on its way, getting to the postman, almost there ... summary, I was also SCAMMED. So, do not order anything from this company.

I ordered the shoes and they didn’t fit. Emailed Tallure for return label. They just gave me a return address that was in Singapore. UPS said invalid address, so I returned to Jerry in California from which they came. Customer Service says no refund without the Singapore address

DO NOT ORDER ANY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. Read all the reviews here with my same problem. I received the wrong size, and immediately reached out to the company. Its been 4 messages and 1 week without them answering or providing return instructions. No communication at all. THIS IS A SCAM

Do not buy from Tallure. The shoes I received were not as advertised. The sizing was completely wrong. I reached out several times asking for a refund and return instructions. All I got back were automated “your order has been delivered” messages. No human support. No solutions.

After checking Trustpilot, I saw that every single review is one star with the same issues: wrong sizing, no returns, no communication. This company appears to be operating out of China with no customer service at all. I have now filed a dispute with my payment provider. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Tallure.

Never received...tracking shows different updates; sometimes delivered (in a different city altogether), then returned to sender, then shows lost. Never replied to my messages either. AVOID !

Horrible shoe! Cannot get them to write back for refund. Plus it says you have to send them back to Asia. Not worth the battle!

You can not login on there site. NOT OK! BIG SCAM! DO NOT BUY. Size of the shoes are way bigger than you order!!!!! IT is FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!
