Pink Friday disappointment!
I’ve used Conscious Candy quite a few times and always been pleased with the product and service. I placed an order last night and as I clicked to pay I realised that Apple Pay had entered my old address. I immediately sent an email on a reply to the confirmation but it bounced back. So I went back into the website and filled in the comments form and submitted it. The good news was that I got a reply early this morning saying that because of the system they could not change my address but my order could be cancelled. The bad news is that the pink Friday or cyber Monday discount that I was getting could not be applied to my new order and I would have to pay full price for my order. I found this very disappointing customer service and have not replaced my order. I understand the fault of the wrong address was mine but even so!!
