I advised Shawn that I booked the parking, and the an error in the cost of parking. He advised that he would get someone to call me. No one called me. On the second call, I advised Shawn about being rude. He swore at me and called me shit. I advised him about recording our call and he spoke over me and was not listening. A very unprofessional service and tried to get his manager's name and details, which he did not give.

What stood out to me was how safe the entire facility felt. There were visible cameras, secure gates, and plenty of lighting. Peace of mind is everything when leaving your car for a week.

AVOID THIS PLATFORM AT ALL COSTS!
They do unswer to the phone, emails only. No 24h support.
Extremely unprofessional, also their partners.
Came back from holiday and they did not reply to me calls for 2 hours.

So I booked the meet and greet service after being harassed by phone and WhatsApp messages , the next day I cancelled the service I sent an email in over 2 weeks ago , I’ve had 0ne email saying it’s successfully cancelled, since then I’ve had no reply to my emails asking where my refund is , absolutely appalling behaviour, I’ve got cancellation cover on my booking also so where the hell is my refund ??????

I got so excited when I initially found a parking space for a reasonable price through the compare prices web page. However once the payment went through that's when I got really suspicious. Firstly I received an email confirming my payment, a number to call when I was 30 minutes away from the parking lot and the address. So naturally I checked the address on Google maps. It didn't come up. I tried the post code and it just didn't match with the address. The following day I sent the number a message enquiring about the address not being right, I got a blunt message stating it was right. I still wasn't satisfied. The name on the confirmation stated 'New Farm' but when I put the post code in it said it was 'Daisy Mays Farm'. We were traveling far and I wanted to plan our journey in advance to avoid any stress. At this rate I felt like this was a scam. None of the numbers provided worked and the ones that did, they didn't pick up the phone. After trying for a few days I eventually got a message from some one through WhatsApp telling me that the land was an extension and now had a new name. On the day when we arrived, the place looked pretty secure but we were hit with £7 transfer fee there and back to Stansted airport which was not mentioned anywhere before. I thought it was cheeky but at that point I didn't have the energy to argue. I didn't leave my car keys because I have a secure alarm system with a hidden alarm and I wasn't prepared in sharing the code. The man seemed annoyed but then agreed. The shuttle which was a people carrier was a pleasant man. However on arrival no one turned up after several calls, and loads of messages. The excuse was that we weren't at the pick up point when they arrived, which was not true. We had been waiting for over an hour, tired and hungry. When a pick up people carrier arrived the inside was filthy and we got no apology. When I got to my car I was shocked to see that the car next to mine was literally parked less then a foot away from mine. I took a photo but unfortunately I can't upload it here. I checked my car all over and thankfully there were no marks. Overall I would say there was no real transparency with who you are booking with, the communication was terrible with no customer service skills. The hidden costs just seemed like a complete scam. I would avoid going through compare the parking again for a peace of mind.

We booked meet and greet through this compare website and everything up until arrival at the airport was great. We didn’t know it was Kangaroo who were the actual service providers and they were awful!!!! Sadly due to this experience we won’t use either again!!!
Kangaroo took nearly an hour to collect the car despite several calls with differing arrival times!!! The same happened when we arrived back - yes our flight landed an hour early and so we’re were expecting a short wait…. Quoted 30 mins to “unblock the car!! Took an hour…. Awful coms and attitude…. Hardly “meet and greet”!!!!
Interestingly speaking to airport staff…. This is the norm!!!

If you want 100% assurance that you will receive good service then AVOID at all costs. They did not turn up for our pick up and we were left completely in the lurch last week, having to park somewhere far away and getting a taxi to our airport. We nearly missed our flight.
I have attempted to complain & their lack of communication is shocking. I will be leaving regular reviews to ensure none of you book with this company. I would genuinely suggest you look elsewhere!

I loved how close the parking was to terminal 5 just a few minutes’ walk. Slightly more expensive than other options, but worth it for the convenience and time saved.

Absolutely awful company. After booking and then reading the reviews for this company, I immediately contacted them to cancel my booking and was informed of the £40 admin fee (screaming SCAM) to which I advised that I was not accepting the admin fee as I placed and cancelled a booking within 1 hour!

I tried to contact the mobile number that is on the website to be told that there is no way to speak to a manager and that the gentleman on the phone is only there if there are any issues with transport itself. I was promised I would receive a response within 2 hours - I am still waiting now.

I have still not received my refund and my emails are now being ignored as well as my phone calls.

I haven’t had to contact my bank to chargeback the amount paid for the parking.

❌ Avoid Compare The Airport Parking – Misleading & Unreliable! ❌

Compare The Airport Parking acts as a broker for third-party parking providers – which is fine and expected based on their name. However, the real issue lies in their misleading practices. I specifically selected ‘Easy Meet & Greet Bristol’ when booking, but once I paid, the confirmation email revealed that the actual provider was a completely different company: Park Sphere – a name I had never heard of and was not disclosed before payment.

Concerned, I looked up reviews for Park Sphere and was shocked:
🚨 No ID on collection, random people turning up for your keys
🚨 Unknown parking locations
🚨 Unanswered phones for hours, missed flights
🚨 Increased mileage, missing fuel

It was clear I couldn’t trust them, so I emailed Compare The Airport Parking immediately to cancel – and was met with awful customer service, T&Cs being thrown at me, and a refusal to cancel.

Thankfully, I know my rights under Consumer Protection Law. I raised a claim via PayPal on the basis of misleading advertising, withheld information, and lack of transparency. I submitted evidence and within a week, PayPal ruled in my favour and I received a full refund.

⚠️ Be warned: You have no control over which company you’re actually booking with until after payment. This is misleading and unacceptable. Do not use Compare The Airport Parking – there are far more transparent and trustworthy options out there.

He is a scam artist when arrival he wants the 7 pound there and back

This is a scam paid £54 for airport park & ride parking. After I paid, I received an email confirmation but there was additional hidden charges of £14 for using the shuttle bus. I complained and the guy kept on saying its on the advert which i clearly didnt see and neither does any customer. He then says you can cancel via email. So i emailed and I got an immediate response with screenshots of the additional charges. I then sent back my screenshots where there was no hidden charges. Anyway guy was saying cancellation charges are £40 of the £54. I argued that he will have to refund full amount. He was being an arsenal and it got to the point where he was being cheeky. He's kept £40 and returned £14.

Very happy with the service at Heathrow terminal 2. Was offered a lift promptly as soon as I arrived there. Upon pick up, I had my car driven to airport within 10 mins of my call to them, it was very convenient.

Very deceitful company. After I had booked park & ride, they email me to say there are further charges for the shuttle service. Why charge me for the service of park & RIDE and then charge me again for the RIDE??. I cancelled my booking but they kept £40 of the £54 that I had paid saying its their cancellation charges. I will get FCA and Trafing Standards to look into this. All their reviews have similar stories. Any good reviews are FAKE

A truly awful experience which left me £250 in the red. Despite paying full price in advance, the driver simply refused to take our car, leaving us completely stranded and almost missing our flight. We had to pay for short stay parking and when I enquired about a refund I was met with complete silence - not one person has responded to any of my complaints.
PLEASE do not use this company or Bristol Airport Solutions, who we booked them through. Both have been dreadful at communication. Shocking service.

Avoid this company.
My wife booked with this company, not having seen media reports of people having issues with meet and greet services. She had even paid extra insurance for cancellation if needed.
Soon after booking we decided to cancel.
I also note that all their positive reviews are by 'people' with only one review.
Be aware they use companies at times with poor reviews and questionable quality.
Be aware their 'agents' only offer to refund 50% of your booking, despite paying for the extra insurance. They quote supposed law backing their reasons to only refund half, which completely takes the actual law out of context which in fact protects the consumer.
Even when they agreed eventually to a partial refund they lied about this and never did.
We managed to get most of our money back through our credit card, something we have never had to do.
Again, avoid.

Very hard to cancel. Can't phone them has to be done by email. I Paid for cancellation cover but you only get 50% back. DO NOT USE. After 2months still no refund and are now ignoring my emails

The parking company 'Manchester Meet & Greet' did not turn up, their phone number was out of service and we almost missed our flight. When we finally found a way to contact them they were verbally abusive and refused a refund. WE had to do a charge back on our credit card and pay for parking on the day at the airport which was considerably more expensive than booking in advance. Avoid this company.

I have arrived the UK at Manchester airport early at 0230 coming from Dalaman.

When I rang the car parking provider company a very rude guy called Ricky answered and started to shout at me and abused me verbally. He said that I raised my voice on him and this didn’t happen.

I have never had a bad experience with anyone on the phone like this before. He used very impolite words and I would never ever expect any company to hire such a rude guy like him.

At the end of the call he hanged up the phone on my face. When they sent the car they left the car unlocked and unattended and dropped the key of the car at the wind screen in very unsafe condition. They sent me a text to let me know where the car is parked.

When I rang them to know where they left the key they said that the guy was busy so he couldn’t wait and that he was sent to take another job.

They are very unprofessional and one of their staff was (sorry to say this) just rubbish.

TERRIBLE, the car is dirty IN AND outside - very very dirty, everything indicates that it was used, all dirty on inside, the passenger seat where my wife sits was CONPLETELY altered , which means that someone was in the car in the passenger seat, extremely dirty, and you also don't know where your car will be, and I still pay for the airport tickets - AVOID AVOID AVOID
