TERRIBLE, the car is dirty IN AND outside - very very dirty, everything indicates that it was used, all dirty on inside, the passenger seat where my wife sits was CONPLETELY altered , which means that someone was in the car in the passenger seat, extremely dirty, and you also don't know where your car will be, and I still pay for the airport tickets - AVOID AVOID AVOID

I booked Meet and Greet through Compare the Airport Parking, with the service provided by AK Meet & Greet. What should have been a convenient return turned into a highly distressing ordeal. Upon arrival, AK Meet & Greet was entirely unresponsive to our calls, leaving us no idea how to get our car back. My only hope was Compare the Airport Parking. I called them, and they promised to contact AK Meet & Greet. Yet, an hour later, with no word, I tried to follow up, only to discover that Compare the Airport Parking had blocked my number. This shocking action left us feeling completely abandoned and helpless, unable to retrieve our vehicle. The lack of support and communication was appalling.

Booked through this company for the first time.
Sadly, had to cancel week before as my son had a seizure. We had taken the optional 'cancellation insurance' so thought all would be fine. We also have travel insurance.
Emailed to cancel and was told there would be a £40 'Admin Charge@.....although all booked by me, online! Challenged it and it was reduced to £25, which I reluctantly accepted.
That was on 23rd June.....despite numerous emails to 'Sarah' and her assuring it was being processed....NOTHING.
No apology, no explanation and no refund.
Small Claims Court next, for refund and all associated costs.

Avoid this company at all costs!
Once landed at Heathrow I followed the instructions given. The first issue is we ended up waiting over an hour in the car park for our car to arrive which was not ideal with 2 young children.
When it did arrive, the person dropping it off refused to wait whilst I inspected the car and left immediately. The inside of the car was absolutely filthy - mud all over the mats and seats - not how I left it.
My phone charger and some change I left in the car was stolen. When I tried calling the company they said they would come back to the airport - they didnt. When I called the office number a man named Ardil said and I quote "we don't care, we are too busy". I've followed up with phone calls and emails since to make a complaint but have received no responses. I highly suggest not using this company!

So, I pay for parking service, I pay for cancellation cover, then I need to cancel due to change in plans, I contact their support and they say there is no cancellation cover so no refund, lost £105 with them

Disgusting company!
Don’t tell you where you’re parking until after and then Google maps shows it’s not actually a secure car park.
Provided with 2 numbers to WhatsApp prior to arrival and on return but numbers do not exist.
Paid for cancellation cover but told I still had to pay £40 to cancel. When I asked for confirmation that they had mis sold me the additional cancellation cover, I just had an email stating my parking had been cancelled and I would receive a 70% refund.
Will be taking this up further but do not fall for this cheap parking company. It’s a complete SCAM!!!!
So glad I realised this is a complete scam before we got to the car park and had to leave the car for 2 weeks. Booked elsewhere now and much happier.

Wouldn't trust these at all. Arranged meet and greet at Bristol airport, did everything they asked re called and messaged when 30 minutes away and got no answer. On arrival there was nobody from company around, found another guy after driving round for 15 minutes. He informed me the Police had taken away all their drivers 20 minutes before we arrived. I had to fork out another £85 to park with someone else. On return I contacted them with proof of booking and attempts at contacting them. Was told I'd receive a refund. After 3x more calls and 2 weeks later I finally received my money back. No apology or anything. Criminal behaviour from dodgy company.

Booked KAR Parking Heathrow via Compare the airport Parking. We called KAR Parking 20 mins before arriving at the terminal to be told our booking had been moved to another company but they would not tell us who.
In the end had to book another company at the last minute. Compare the airport parking did not care and refused a refund. They are promoting disreputable parking companies that don't give a stuff about ruining your holiday. AVOID

£1.99 cancellation protection fee does not protect your cancellation fully which is not fully disclosed . They still charge £40 minimum cancellation fee which in my opinion is dishonest and not clear enough

Very very poor service. We called at 19:29 after retrieving our luggage and at 20:31 I am writing this review and still waiting for our car so we will not be using them again and if you don’t mind waiting over 1 hour for your car to be returned to you after a flight, this is the company to use.

Scum bags, robbed me of £60. Had to cancel cause the driver got aggressive and I was with my family. Was told I’d get a refund but never received it, now they just ignore me.

They were using my car my car is now off the road , nothing is working , now they are ignoring my calls. Indicators, windows , hazard lights all not working. Wing mirror broken and very rude when I complained .

We used this company for Meet and Greet at Luton airport. When I booked it the instructions were to go to T1 car park and the driver would meet us there. This was the same for the return. When we called thirty minutes before arrival we were told to go to mid term car park ( either a 15 minute walk to the terminal or a 10 minute bus ride!) This was the same on return. We paid for meet and greet and this is not what it was. I pointed it out to the driver and he just shrugged his shoulders. Do not use this company - you might as well just pay for mid term car park as it’s much cheaper. I would like my money back but I don’t have a hole in hells chance

Scam Alert- Park Xpert. The company chosen provided 2 phone numbers. One was unobtainable and the other went straight to answerphone. The other contact numbers were 0000000 and 0000000. No way of contacting anyone. Fortunately I found out in time. Do not use Park Xpert !

I used this company, who then made the booking with a 3rd party company: PARK SPHERE SERVICES LTD.

The price quoted was £40 cheaper than using Silver parking at Bristol Airport. But was it?

The process: Firstly you call when you arrive at Drop off/short stay. But it's not reassuring at all. The phone not initially answered for the first few times of trying. Then when it was answered, it wasn't professional at all. Just a 'Yes?' It was then really difficult to understand what the person on the other end was saying/asking. When the driver arrives, YOU have to pay the £7 parking charge for the stated 20 mins. However, the company couldn't find our booking. Also not reassuring. The driver still took our car though. This was eventually sorted by screenshots of the booking etc. Coming back was even less reassuring. You have to ring the company once you've collected your baggage for the return of our car. The agent told us 20 minutes, The driver turned up after 45 mins. Said absolutely nothing. Gave me the car key and walked off. Again, YOU have to pay the £7 parking fee.

Would I use either company again? NO.

WELL IF I COULD RATE THESE SCAMMERS MINUS 5 I WOULD!! WE BOOKED 3 CARS FOR PARKING AT BHX, GOT THERE THEY TOOK OUR KEYS, WHEN WE GOT BACK MY CAR WAS DAMAGED? NOW I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS SORTED, NOT A CHANCE THEY IGNORE EMAILS CANT SPEAK TO THEM? I WOULD NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY AGAIN! IF YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH WHO YOU PAID THE MONEY TOO, AND ALL YOU GET IS ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH US?? I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE TO PARK A DOLLS PRAM!! DISGUSTING, NOW I HAVE TO PAY £390 TO REPAIR MY CAR? HOW THE AIRPORT CAN ALLOW THESE CLOWNS TO DO THIS? I JUST DO NOT KNOW!! SO PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT PAY THESE TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR...

Middle man who takes your money and sends you details of a company to call to meet at the airport. Googled the company they provided and absolutely terrible feedback and users commenting on thier cars being damaged and dumped on streets. Confronted company about this and they didn't care about it at all and said 40 quid if you want to cancel. Come on who in the right mind would leave their car with a company with these reviews - it was Bristol meet and greet. Be aware and careful and don't let it cost you money for nothing like it cost me. Lesson learnt :(

Avoid I booked paid for park and ride with this company, on the morning of the holiday they called and said they have upgraded us to meet and greet. So we were met at the train station drop off and the car was taken by a nice man to park. On return we got a text to say our car had broken down, they would pick us up and take us to our car. We were picked up on returning but I soon released I had been picked in another person s car , who had also left their lovely new car to go on holiday. The we were transported in had this person s belonging s in and I could have taken anything out of that car, as the driver left me in the car for 10 minutes while he got a key for the lock up where my car was. Then after 25 minutes drive ! I reached my car where it was you will never leave your car there again !!!! Insecure dump in accocks green , car park looked like it was condemned, I wish I could download the pics I took you would never believe it.

Appalling service! Our car had been used whilst we were away for 48 hours and clocked up over 100 miles. I called to see how far the compound was and was advised 10 miles away so our car must have been used approximately 6 times to ferry back and forth to the airport. We received our car back dirty on the inside our mats full of field dirt and then a week later we received a parking fine which was 12hrs before we arrived back into the country, obviously our car had been used despite being told we must of taken a wrong photo of the mileage. I have had issues before with this site and I hadn't realised it was all owned by one organisation, who are not connected to the airports, remove any negative feedback and so forth, so it will be interesting to see if my review remains. Do not go for the cheaper option as it can also cost you £22 whilst waiting for your car to be collected or delivered back. I will always stick with the airport run services going forward as you cannot trust the others!
