I believe my review concerns a sister company, we compare airport parking.
It basically confirms others fears and experiences. An absolutely awful encounter. Took an age for anyone to pick up our phone calls then waited in the car park for an hour which incurred further fees. Was told this would be taken care of on our return by the driver and he explained they would pay our £5 airport release fee.
Upon return, yet again waited for 50 minutes. Called the number and was told that the previous driver told us bull s*it before I was then hung up on. I was astounded as a customer to hear such language from a company.
Drivers were not in uniform and the second did not speak any English. Any! We then found our in car charging cable and 12v attachment had been stolen.
Please do avoid as this "hosting' company have washed their hands saying they only host parking companies. They rejected the idea they have a responsibility to provide accurate information.
The car parking company fyi is called one world super saver. Don't bother. Walk away.

I wish I had read the reviews before using this service, dropped the car off at terminal three Heathrow and the pickup driver was late. On arrival we called to say we had got our bags and they told us it would be 20 minutes for the car to be delivered, after many calls and standing in the rain for over an hour the car turned up with the driver holding a fresh coffee and finding it very funny when I pointed out he was late, he said his boss would bash him if I put in a bad review. After leaving the airport we had a call to say the driver had left his key in the car and they wanted us to take it back, I said that we were on the motorway and I will drop it off at a garage as they had messed us about so much, they turned up as we were sitting in traffic to get on the M25 , They were very abusive and it was as if they were going to ram the car if we did not stop,they took the key shouting abuse and swearing, I called the boss and asked him if this was the way he ran his business and he said what do you want you got the car back.

Awful service. Had to wait an hour to get my car back even though they kept saying its 5 mins away. Would never use again or recommend. The manager just laughed at me and didn't take customer service seriously

Enigma at Heathrow is the worst airport parking ever, absolutely con men. Late to pick my car, made me miss flight then when I arranged another flight refused to honour my original booking, wanted to charge me again. Took over an hour to return my car whilst saying it will be 13 minutes, excuse after excuse then stopped taking my calls.

I booked for meet and greet at 10am 06/12/2021 from terminal 5 LHR. I called 40 minutes before like advised but the mobile number provided kept going to voicemail. I appreciate not everything goes to plan but I feel like I’m being fobbed off by the driver on the phone saying “I’ll be 10 minutes”. We have a plane to catch and this level of service is just not acceptable.

I will never use your services again!

It's absolutely rubbish and nonsense for paying for parking it should be free simply is that because in the UK we all pay most expensive car insurance road tax mot so why pay pay pay extra when u shouldn't.....

Please never use these liars. They are absolutely dreadful.
Returned a dented car and then denied all knowledge despite clear before and after photos.

Avoid these cowboys at all costs. Had to rate it 1 star, but they do not deserve that.

Picked up my car from Gatwick north terminal on Saturday night. They handed it over all unlocked so I put my suitcase in the boot & drove home.

It was only when I got home, took out my suitcase & tried to lock my car that I realised they've totally destroyed my key fob - doesn't lock/unlock or open the boot. Had to order a new key - £265 because of these cowboys. I emailed them immediately I got indoors, heard nothing (they responded perfectly fine when I placed the order in October so I know their email address is monitiored), ignored my email on Sunday & final follow up on Monday. It was only on Monday afternoon when I called & eventually got through that I was able to speak to someone. They claimed not to have received my emails (a lie) then miraculously found it. Offered me a refund for parking £44 which comes nowhere near the £260 key replacement, but they have still not refunded. They are crooks liars con artist cowboys. AVOID!!!!

Used this company in March this year for meet and greet service. I was told to ring them upon arrivals which I did. I was advised to make my way out as the car would be with us in 30 mins. Had to wait in the cold for nearly 2hrs . Car arrived in a very terrible state, like it's been used to transport goods with mud all over the seats and the carpet; the boot ransacked. They left hurriedly, offering no explanation. Rang them and sent them the pictures but no reply or any apologies.
I would never use them again

Avoid like a bad dose of Covid , allegedly company recommended was Air Park Up Meet & Greet Heathrow. It was Airside Parking.com . Lied to on drop off , despite phoning 45 mins prior to arrival , 30 minute late to meet on level 4 T5 .
Despite phoning on landing & upon luggage pick up 45 minute late . Driver said I was advised meet in short term parking . Bloody lies , I was advised to be at drop off point. Presumably all the same organisation , sounds like a two man band at best

This company are an absolute disgrace, I am appalled with the service. They were 2 and a half hours late with bringing our car back, it got to a point where we had to threaten calling the police. Call after call we were told they were on their way. Can’t seem to get through to the number now, presume we’ve been blocked. I’ve emailed a complaint and asked for a refund with no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Never use - poor Heathrow parking location (in Slough), poor signage, outdoor parking, 1 hour for return pick up. Not at all worth the bother.

Almost laughable lack of service. They were 40 mins late at drop off and over an hour late at pick up. And I'm not sure how far they'd come from but fuel was seriously down. I asked the dispatcher when the car was going to arrive and he eventually told me to f$@k off. Avoid like the plague.

they have hidden charges, when I found it, I asked for a refund but they never refunded me.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Have been waiting for over an hour for our car! We have our 82 year old mum with us! All this I will speak to the driver every time we have called (4). Will NEVER EVER book with this incompetent company!!

This company doesn’t deserve any stars but in order to submit a review I had to award one.
We booked meet and greet for Stansted airport with a company called Enigma. I have since discovered they are the same company as Compareparking deals / travel extra deals. It’s by far the worst company I’ve ever used for airport parking. It took over an hour to return our vehicle. The driver told us it happens all the time and every customer complains. It was clear the drivers are exhausted and underpaid. There is only 1 mobile contact number and a fake email address. Our car had clearly been used whilst we were away. The people waiting next to us also had a dispute with them and their car had been damaged.
We were asked to pay cash for entry and exit and on return when I told we’d already paid they claimed to know nothing and we had to pay again. They blocked our numbers and we have been unable to contact them despite them saying they would refund us.
We have reported to trading standards and fake Britain as rogue traders.
Hopefully you read this and choose a more reputable company.

Had to cancel last minute due to one in group getting covid, Sam cancelled the parking and returnwed the money no fuss. Great service

Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole. I booked online as they seemed to offer good value parking, close to Bristol airport. I never received any booking confirmation, so actually rang the parking location - only to be told that my vehicle would be subject to a £5 per day surcharge on top of what I had already paid, which would have made them more expensive than the official airport parking. I rang Compare Parking Deals to firstly be told I hadn’t booked with them and then when I insisted I had, they then told me there wouldn’t be a surcharge. I rang the car park back and they told me that compareparkingdeals did know about the surcharge and that if I wanted to cancel I would have to ring the company direct. After a long phone conversation, they did eventually agree to cancel the booking - although I haven’t yet received a full refund!

Wow, I was most impressed with Compare Parking Deals, Their site is easy to use and when I had to cancel my parking at short notice due to illness, they returned my money within minutes of making the claim.
