DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
- Firstly - The meet and greet company i used for Luton airport changed the location of my drop off (which was supposed to be the terminal) to The Holiday inn (15mins walk away).
- I had to continuously call the number provided again and again and again until someone eventually answered. - Then when I arrived at the Holiday Inn no one was there, no one came, and eventually the team stopped answering my calls altogether.
- I had to emergency make another plan to park my car and almost missed my flight (I was the last person on the plane running through the airport) after waiting for the team to come and collect my car for so long.
- Eventually someone called me while I was sitting on the runway about to take off... over an hour late to collect my car.
- I still have had to refund and no one is responding to my emails.

Complete scam. All seemed well when we dropped car at Gatwick and saw it driven off. However, on return couldn’t contact the company for 90 mins and then given run around for next 3 hours being told car was on its way, 20 mins to wait. No car. Kept calling but mostly got either no reply or voicemail with a full mailbox. Many other people waiting at same time having same experience. Eventually got a call to say our car had been bought to airport and left on level below where the agreed pick up was. Sure enough our car was there with the key on top of the front wheel. However, when we tried to leave the Gatwick car park operator wanted £420 because our car had never actually left the short term car park. Fortunately they were sympathetic and aware of this companies awful tactics and told us they are not an approved operator but waived the charge this time and asked us to go to trading standards. Long and short is that this is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs. I will be talking to Trading Stamdards and Watchdog and anyone else who will listen.

Absolutely horrendous. This is a sham operator.we arrived to a car park with no meet and greet just volumes of angry people trying to get their cars back. A man turned up for our car but one lady was so upset as they had lost her car and she was 24 hours still no car , another they had lost the keys, another they had waited 6 hours and still no car, another said they had no record of his car so called the police. I asked the attendant if my car would be safe and he said perhaps no and asked me to make my mind up. We had 10 minutes to our check-in closed so had no choice. My car lis linked to an app and I was able to track it. It kept getting moved, was always left unlocked and the window down. Upon return again lots of people going crazy due to lost cars, damaged cars, o reply. They all operate via one mobile number . I called and called, hardly any English spoken and said that I knew where my car was and unless returned I would call the police. It eventually turned up but was filthy . I was lucky. We drove out with dozens of people with no car. One even had a parking ticket for £600 as his car had been left in the short stay.avoid at all costs. Police were called . This operator needs to be closed down. Trading standards involved but said as no address for the. , just a bank account and mobile nothing could be done. Also unfriendly and intimidating.

The prices are expensive but better than others, its annoying that your special price code was more expensive than the discount I already had...??

The most stressful experience ever.
I paid for 'Meet and greet' but there was no one there.
I called 45 minutes before as instructed.
Called when I arrived they said 5 minutes. I called again they said another 5 minutes. 3rd call it rang for ages then they answered but still no driver. My wife also called and in total nearly 20 calls were made. Left on hold for 15 minutes. Then line cuts off. Looks like a very unprofessional setup. The response to questions usually ended with silence.
I almost missed my flight. After over an hour of this I moved my car and paid for airport parking. Still no call from these people.

Easy to use, great price

This company is terrible, so many people waiting here. One person over 2 hours to drop her car in. No one’s answering the phone now but when they did they said it’s on its way - that’s an hour ago. Shocking service and at what point do you report the car missing to the please?

They wouldn’t let me give 0 stars but some vile experience they collected my car late initially then and argued with me about when I should get my car back. Absolutely nasty people from the receptionists to drivers

By far the worst company you could ever deal with. Refusal to deliver your car back.
Car held at ransom. Crooks and theives. They clock up mileage on your car as their parking lot is evidently very far away from the airport. They abandon cars and leave the keys in the ignition. Extremely long waits and they block your number when they don’t want to give you any answers. Avoid like the plague if you value your time and your car.

Quick and easy to book. Excellent instructions for arrival and departure. I don't receive an email for the second car I had booked but rang and the phone was answered quickly and they sent the email within minutes. Excellent

After I had confirmed the booking and made the payment I discovered in the contact sent to me that I was also liable for a £10 exit fee. No mention was made of this beforehand. I have written to them to cancel the agreement. Utterly disgraceful!

Valet service took 90 minutes to return our car from us ringing - the controller on site (Gully) just fobs you off - avoid this company like the plague

Rang 30 minutes before as requested … waited 45 minutes at drop off point and now expecting a massive fine as waited over the time in the drop car park …. Have text and phone records please do not use this site as corrupt and will not reply to my messages

This company is a scam. Don’t use.

The worst experience I’ve had getting my car back at Gatwick North today. I called the Fly Away contact on arrival in baggage claim as instructed. This was 18.20. My car was due for delivery at 19.30 at the latest. At 19.46 I receive a call to say my car is on car park 6 floor 3, I’m on floor 5. I find my car having been told no other details, no one is there. I find my key on the drivers side wheel. This included multiple phone which were poorly dealt with. My car could easily have been stolen even without a valid car park ticket. This is a complaint which I will take further and will never book through you again.

Do not use this platform or any of their additional platforms such as comparetheairportparking. They are happy to prompt sketchy companies who offer a very poor service e.g. NEW FARM PARKING at Elsenham. Avoid at all costs
